Early in the year this 2022, we decided to move forward with our plans to replace all the windows of our house. We contacted 3 reputable window companies to start the process. We knew exactly what we wanted as experienced homeowners. 1. A Company with an Excellent Record for delivering top service, so after meeting with 3 Salesmen from the 3 different companies. We decided to contract Harley Exteriors for the job. From start to finish our experience with Harley Exteriors was smooth and easy. The Salesman was punctual. He went over the different style windows with us and as well demonstration of the differences in our choices of energy efficiency windows and price points which best fit our budget. All while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Quality was definitely top of our list. We want excellent quality windows that didn't just look good, but that were durable for the long haul, functional and energy efficient, 3. Guarantees! This was by far one of our main concerns. We wanted to contract a company that could guarantee the quality and efficiency of their product and workmanship. Harley Exterior was able to meet and exceed our expectation with their lifetime guarantee of their windows. They guarantee replacement of our windows if damaged by accident or means of mother nature as well as product malfunction had us sold. 4. Installation. All of my concerns would put to rest by the fantastic team of installers that were sent to do the job. Everything that needed to be covered was done, window frames to the house were 98% damage free. The team was broken into two groups. One group worked on the top floor while the 2nd group on the lower part of the house. They were very organized, clean, respectful not just with us but with our home. The crew leader was on top of his game. He took his time to address some of our concerns in a very professional manner. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their windows. I would gladly work with them again. They are indeed a highly Reputable rated A company.

Ron is amazingly patient, very cooperative and good with logistics. He’s gifted at handling communication. The windows are very handsome. The locks on the windows don’t lock in any position except for when they’re closed. I was hoping I could lock them when they’re locked when open at any point. They slide beautifully. They are very efficient. From the outside they look like they belong. They are appealing. You can tell that my windows greet you. The installers did a great job too! They found rotting behind some of my windows and were very helpful in explaining how I’d need to go about getting the repairs done. They offered a tremendous amount of empathy. They were very good with cleanup. They were very graceful with making sure there were no obstructions.

It went great. It was a big job and even though they were worried they wouldn’t be able to finish in time they completed it earlier than expected. Some of the windows were oversized and odd shaped, but since they make their own windows they were able to replace all of them. Their lifetime warranty is also great. It covers everything and transfers to the next owner of the house.

I love my windows. They are already making a difference with the heat and cold staying at bay. The actual installation was a stress free experience and the installers were the best. Art and Unis were quick and detailed. Feel like they went the extra mile for us and made sure when they left my house was spotless. I would partner again for another project with Harley and Art and Unis. Also after talking to a fellow girlfriend she got her windows done and paid 20 thousand with no screens, the work is sloppy and it the busted ones that fail after a few years with only a 5 year warranty. I feel bad not telling her now. I have a lifetime warranty and if I sell it goes to the new owner for 10 years . But hey from here on out Harley all the way .

The whole experience was great from the initial consultation, measuring, and installation. Everyone was good and professional, they happily answered any questions I had. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. We are incredibly happy with the new windows and do not have any regrets. Thank you!

We recently had our entire home of windows replaced by Harley. From the moment the sales rep entered our home until after the installers left, we felt heard and taken care of it. Every detail was covered in our sales contract and the installation took less time than what they originally quoted. On time, on budget, and amazing to work with. Giant thanks to Angel and her installation team and for Cameron who checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will gladly refer Harley to everyone we know!

May 19th 2021 we agreed to have Harley replace 23 windows in our home with new windows. Nov. 4th and 5th they were coming out to take out old and replace with new. the 5th was raining and the cancelled. Re-scheduled to come out Sunday Nov. 14th and no show or call. They made it back out to finish putting the windows in. There were issues with the window's and screen's throughout, and we told them right away. We have had very poor communication since then. When I got to speak to someone from Harley. I couldn't speak to a manager or an owner. I told them I was going to file a complaint and I was told that the management would be on the lookout for it. there is some much more I want to say about the company. ( none of it is good ) They are trying to do something about it, now, over a year later. I have a lot of Medical issues going on and they were aware of it. This is not good for me to keep trying to get things done right.

I called Harley Exteriors to request a quote to replace windows and doors in my home. The call center was able to send a sales rep out later that week. The rep arrived promptly at 6 p.m. on a weekday evening to look at my project. It was the WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my 25+ years as a homeowner. First, "E", the sales rep, looked at each window and door, but did not take any measurements. Then we sat down to look at his options. E insisted on giving me a lesson in structural engineering to explain how superior their product is, even after I told him I didn't want that level of detail. He also tried to convince me that his warranty covered everything because there are 'no exclusions'. It was interesting to have a window salesman try to mansplain to me how I didn't understand how to read the warranty that only covers "manufacturer defects and installation defects" to mean that nothing is excluded. I am, after all, an attorney! After 1 1/2 hours, he still had not measured my windows, but I was interested in his product. I told him it was getting late and I had other things to do so he had to wrap it up. After 2 hours (8 p.m.), I told him it was time to go. Another hour and 4 more attempts to get him out of my house proved fruitless, and I was over the windows. By 10 p.m., I finally got him out of my house by carrying one of his bags to his car. I FELT VIOLATED, DISRESPECTED, AND NOT LISTENED TO AT ALL! E kept insisting that he could make friends with my German Shepherd, who was in the bathroom the whole time so she wouldn't attack him, even after I repeatedly told him she was not friendly. I did not let him meet her. LADIES, as a woman living alone, I am warning you NOT TO LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME! If the salesperson can't hear "no" from me and respect my multiple requests to leave, what would happen if I hired them to do work in my house? I have read reviews about the 4 hour sales presentation and the owner always responds, 'gee, our rep said it went well and you were really nice'. OF COURSE I WAS NICE - THERE WAS A STRANGE MAN IN MY HOUSE WHO WOULD NOT LEAVE! I had backup, but didn't want to be pushed to use it. Bottom line - forego their quote and look elsewhere. RIDICULOUSLY INAPPROPRIATE!

I had just replaced windows of my entire home - and thats more than 50 of them. Harley exteriors provided me a great value for the windows. Installers were amazing, very professional, on time and took care of every detail. Absolutely love working with them. Will be reaching out for more projects!

We just had our windows replaced by Harley Exteriors and I have to say I would highly recommend them to anyone! I love our new windows!! We found the installation team to be friendly, professional and on time. They arrived at around 8:30am and were totally done at about 3:15 pm after installing 8 windows and a doggie patio door (which we absolutely love) and then cleaning up everything inside and out before leaving. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Our rooms have never been quieter or easier to maintain at a comfortable temperature. The team at Harley Exteriors was polite and professional from the quote stage to measuring and installation. They kept us informed of the timeline from day one, and followed through with updates throughout the process. Thank you again to the great team for the nice new windows.

We are very pleased with the work they did, they had an excellent product, and they really worked with us all the way through even in the middle of covid. They gave great advice on gutter guards. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

We had Harley Exteriors come out to our house to do a bid on our windows, and the sales guy that came out was absolutely amazing, he was so friendly and so knowledgeable and brought out examples of the windows and did a demonstration with a heat lamp, and that sold us right there. We ended up getting 20 windows replaced and a custom size sliding glass door. We choose the Euro-Vinyl windows and black frames. The guys that came out to install them were on-time, friendly and answered all my questions. They cleaned up so well my house ended up cleaner than when they got there. They were there for 2.5 days and got everything done. We did a walk through together and made sure all the windows opened and nothing was missing. We did have one screen that was missing for our bedroom and it got ordered and someone will come out to install it instead of it just being shipped to our house. Overall so satisfied with everything, and the windows have helped so much with the cold weather with holding the heat in our house has been so much warmer and I haven't felt any drafts like our old windows. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for windows and doors.

Terrible. A year ago, I hired Harley to replace our roof. They did but once it rained, it leaked into the bedroom. They inspected it and said the wrong vent was installed. They replace the vent. The roof continued to leak. They return and installed new flashing. It continued to leak. They then claimed it was the siding or the gutters. It wasn't the siding. I had the gutters adjusted. They tarped it. The tarp blew off. It was inspected and then they said the wrong nails were use. The rains began and they repapered it. Now, they can't seem to schedule a crew to repair, inspect the roof and finish. This was a $30,000 job and it's exceeding a year. Just irresponsible.
