We offer same day installations for gas and electric tank water heaters. We also install tankless and hybrid/heat-pump water heaters. We've been in business since 1986. Serving Western Washington including Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and Olympia areas. We are licensed, bonded and insured. A rating through BBB and awards from Puget Sound Energy for helping consumers save energy.

Description of Work: Fast installed a new gas water heater. They had to make a couple of adjustments to the area where the unit was installed due to changes in code. They did an excellent job. As a single female with no experience or knowledge regarding water heater and their installation, I was especially impressed with the installer's willingness take time to answer ALL my many questions. I would most certainly use them again and strongly recommend them to other.

We apologize. It is currently the busy season for our business. We honor same day service for new installations and for maintenance for our prior customers for whom we installed their water heater and we have to prioritize them over customers of other companies. If another company installed your water heater, they should be able to provide same day maintenance services. During the non busy months we do provide maintenance services for customers of other companies. But, typically in December and January, we have to prioritize our commitments to our customers first.

Description of Work: I called, Fast came the next day, installed new water heater and brought installation up to code (which cost more money but was explained to me before the installation because of the City's new permitting process). Job well done and done quickly. You cannot go wrong with FAST!

Description of Work: Our 14 yr. old water heater began leaking more and more. An employee of Fast Water Heater Co. came out the same afternoon of the morning that I called to arrange a water heater replacement. It took about 2 hours for the work to be done. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained all that I needed to know. I am pleased with the quality of work and the price, including $100 off provided by Angie's List, was reasonable. |I was surprised to learn that Fast Water Heater Co. installed our original water heater back in 2001. So the company has been in operation for some time and has earned high marks with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 existing gas-fired 50 gallon water heaters with 1 new 75 gallon water heater. Fast Water were quick to respond, one of only 2 companies to come out before quoting, others quoted without coming out. Pricing was very competitive, the lowest bid with an Angie's discount. The team was very professional, responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The technician, Mitch Taras, did a great job and made sure I was happy with the result. I am pleased to recommend the company and will use them again if I have a need to.
