THEIR INSTALLER WAS FAST, POLITE AND THOROUGH. THERE WAS A SMALL LEAK IN THE OLD SHUTOFF VALVE AFTER THE NEW ONE WAS INSTALLED AND THEY RETURNED TO FIX IT THE SAME DAY. THE WATER HEATER INSTALLATION WAS CLEAN AND NEAT.

THEY OFFERED THE LOWEST PRICE OF THREE BIDS. THEY DID MAKE A FEW ERRORS, LIKE ACCIDENTALLY DENTING OUR HOT WATER HEATER AND THEN DRILLING A HOLE BY ACCIDENT THROUGH A DRAIN PIPE IN THE WALL. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEMS WITH NO CHARGE AND GAVE ME $400 BACK FOR DENTING OUR HOT WATER HEATER. IN THE END, THEY DID THE JOB, BUT THE MISTAKES DELAYED THINGS A BIT.

TERRY (TERESA) ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY, ADVISED US TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY, TO GET THEIR RECOMMENDATION OF A WATER RESTORATION COMPANY, THEN TOLD US TO PURCHASE A NEW WATER HEATER, WHICH THEY WOULD THEN PICKUP AND INSTALL THE NEXT DAY.
