Fast Water Heater Company

We just bought a house that has had many not up to code home repairs done in the past with the plumbing and the water heater. And our water heater was on its last legs so we were getting a new one installed. Not only did Brandon install the new water heater, he was very thorough and professional and turned a somewhat frightening mess of pvc piping into a stream lined, safe, and well functioning system.

After a lengthy-horrible-unsuccessful effort by a different water heater retailer, I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and engaged their installation service. They came out on a holiday (July 4th) without extra charge, due to the calendar. Technician was prompt, arriving as scheduled. He took careful pains to protect the interior carpet and furnishings along the transit route for the out-going and in-coming equipment. Installation of new equipment was timely and up-to-current-code. I am very satisfied with the work!

When the company representative came to inspect the old gas water heater, he discovered several problems which would have significantly increased the cost of replacement. After reviewing all the options, we decided on an electric water heater. The installer was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We were very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend this company.

Friendly, prompt technician who completed work in timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Original quote was $799 deal. Required 50 gallon water heater and deal was for 40 gallon, required city permit (still haven't received copy of permit), and additional requirements to bring water heater to code. Final price was 1450.

It was generally good. They came out and they got the job done. They cleaned up and never had any problems. Everything was positive. However, the additional cost because of the larger tank was about $100, and we had to get a permit and there were other cost associated which came to about a total $1500. If I were going to do this again, I would shop around more. I would recommend them and they did a good job. The price just wasn’t what I was expecting.

It took a long time for them to get back to me. I was on the phone for half an hour and was transferred several times just to setup an appointment. The may have fast water heaters, but they don’t have fast service.

They weren’t prepared to do the work. They suggested that I might want to consider a tankless water heater, but they couldn't give me the pros and cons of this. With the information I had I wasn’t prepared to make a decision.

The work was very well done and the installer explained all of the work he was performing and associated costs. I was very impressed by him especially because he was at the house and I was dealing with him from my work by phone. The paperwork did not go so well. The water heater was installed in a rental. The invoice was to be mailed to my home and the permit mailed to the tenant to call for an inspection. The invoice was not mailed until I called and asked where it was. The permit was mailed to the wrong address and took a couple of calls to resolve. They were responsive to my calls, but it took four calls to resolve.

They were wonderful, and absolutely fabulous. The installer was wonderful, and did a beautiful job with the installation. He was prompt, efficient, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I recommend them to everyone.

It was fine and they fixed everything correctly. I would recommend them to others. Both times we have used them they have been outstanding.

From the time I first contacted Fast Water Heater, their personnel were informative, friendly, and willing to share all information we needed to ensure we received a quality product and service. The only glitch in the process was that the replacement water heater they brought with them had some cosmetic damage. The installer offered to give us a price break on that water heater but we felt uncomfortable with accepting it. Therefore, rather than installing a water heater identical to the damaged one, they replaced it with one that had longer guarantees on both parts and labor at the same price we had initially agreed to. We were very pleased with how quickly they addressed the issue and how they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

The service was okay. They charge you a substantial service fee to come out regardless of the job. I thought the charge was reasonable. They are responsive, but their service is fair.

They performed very well, and the man who help me had to make several trips because of problems I was having at the condominium, that had nothing to do with Fast Water Heater. So far everything has been very well. The service man was good, and I would recommend him. This was the first time I dealt with them, and I think they are very reliable.

Entire preparation, and installation took about two hours. Quicker than expected. David checked the water pressure, and advised on any potential water pressure concerns for the future with other appliances in the home. Also, Puget Sound Energy had an energy-conservation promotion of free water-saving showerheads. David installed those, as well. And, PSE also threw in a free, energy-saving light bulb.

They got there right on time. They cleaned up everything and did a great job.
