Job went well and technician was professional and knowledgable.

Excellent. Polite, quick, on time, exactly as advertised, no surprises. Only glitch was that I had to call them to schedule installation when I hadn't heard from them for a few days. Apparently Angies List had not forwarded my contact info to them. After that everything was perfect.

Installers were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Due to a miscommunication, the wrong model was initially installed. We called the owner, and he corrected the issue the next day with no hassle or problem. Great to work with a company that understands the importance of good customer service. Highly recommended.

They arrived on time, and replaced the water heater that was in a walk in crawl space in a daylight basement, and hauled away the old heater. Even though access to the water heater was difficult, they were able to replace it efficiently, and left no mess in the house. Very professional.

Will call again if I need hot water tank repair or replacement.

A new water heater was needed right away because the old one was leaking badly. Fast came the same morning that I called. The tenants can't be without hot water because they have a baby and two young children.

When they were installing the new water heater, when they asked me to turn on the water faucet and let the water run out from the old water, there was pressure coming out of the faucet. I guess one of the hose under the faucet popped and cracked. Water was leaking everywhere and they said they would not replace it. They said it was not their fault. I don't know if there is anything else to prevent that from happening. Maybe have two water faucets turned on instead of one so there is less pressure on one faucet. This is my first time having a water heater installed. I think the price is average. One of the issues is when the guy was installed an expansion tank. The expansion tank was installed kind of crooked so it was tilted and he was going to leave it. I said that doesn't look right with that thing tilted, can you fix it? He said it was fine and it will still work. He said he didn't want to work and do it. I said I didn't want it tilted because it looks awkward. I had them redo it. He was willing to redo it but initially he didn't think it mattered. I would try someone else probably.

Don't believe the price you are quoted over the phone. Demand a quote in writing that includes the extras to bring the installation up to code. In my situation, there were add-on fees which quickly increased the price by 40%. There is no excuse b/c they know what it takes to do an install that is code compliant. FURTHERMORE, they will tell you the water heater has a 10-year warranty, but it doesn't. The appliance they installed only has a 6-year warranty. I called the number on the invoice several times to get the warranty they promised in writing. Every time I called i get a different answer ranging from "you will get it in the mail in 4 weeks after installation" to "we don't provide anything in writing." Nearly 3 months have passed and it's clear they have no intention of providing a written warranty. Attempts to contact over email go unanswered. For others using this company, demand to see the warranty for the water heater they are installing before they get to work.

We purchased a deal for a new water heater. When they came out, Chris said that the old one was not very old and could probably be made to work. He was very knowledgeable and made some adjustments and added a hot/cold mix valve to increase the hot water capacity. We did not need to replace the water heater, but the hot water supply is much better and it is no longer tripping the circuit breaker.

Our old water heater developed a leak, so we decided it is time to get a replacement. After checking multiple companies and looking through reviews I decided to call Fast Water Heater. I have found an offer for the same Rheem brand that I had, but the offer was with 6 year warranty, while I wanted more. I called them, asked if the offer can be upgraded, and got the upgrade for a very reasonable extra payment. They only had slots available in 2 days, but put me on the waiting list and in a few hours called back to tell me that they have got time next day. David came exactly at the agreed time, worked very quickly, but was ready to answer my questions at any moment, same as explain what will be happening next. In the middle of the process I have noticed that heater doesn't have legs, so he explaned that new models are done that way. I asked if he can elevate those a bit, so he immediately agreed to put heater on a couple of 2x4. When work was done he left everything clean and then walked me through the documents he was leaving to me, checklists, and explained that permit should came by mail and that I would be needed to schedule an inspection appointment. David showed me the differences with my previous heater and made sure I understand those. This was great experience, very professional and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

It went fine, called one day, they had an opening the next morning everything was explained to me, he upgraded ground and had to do some re-plumbing do to the new size of the water heater I opted for the overflow canister. Chris was great only took a couple of hours, took away old tank. Great tank, now we actually have hot water didn't know how bad old tank was. I thought price was fair.

We called FAST on Thursday afternoon for water heater replacement and got an appointment scheduled on Friday morning. Brandon came in for the initial estimate and told us that we would need to wait till Monday to get it installed. After knowing that we've been out of hot water for a few days, Brandon followed up with FAST immediately and arranged to do the replacement on that day. Our original water heater was behind several pipes, which made it hard to work with. Brandon replaced ours with a tankless water heater and also rearranged the pipes so that it could be easier in the future. His spent several hours working on this and had it nicely done. I would highly recommend FAST and Brandon and they save my day! Thank you!

They work was very professional. They have me some choices on what to install and they were done very promptly.

Brandon was very professional - he talked me through what was going on the entire time, showed me exactly what he was doing, and made some recommendations that would help things work better. We didn't have to replace the water heater after all and it was under warranty so it was a huge relief, but I would definitely call him again.
