They needed to do some extra work as my release valve wasn't done properly before. So, that added to the cost. But, they stayed within the price they quoted. I opted to go with the nicer 10 year warrantee. They were very professional and highly recommend.

Guys were great. tight space to work- replaced with new ducting as well. Explained everything very well.

Same day service to replace a leaking water heater

Called, scheduled, service technician arrived on time, and install was completed within a couple hours. No surprises. Just a good, complete install of a new hot water heater. I bought the gas water heater so price is just the install plus some needed extras.

Water heater sprung a leak on Friday the 13th. Contacted gas company who leases the unit to us. They had a company rep show up on Sat. AM and advised us what to expect. We thought that there would be no one available until Monday. On Sunday morning, Fast Water Heater called and said they could have someone out that day. We were pleasantly surprised. A short time later Zach Kirk called and said he would be there in 20 mins. 19 mins. later he was in our driveway. I showed him where the water heater was and he explained what he would be doing in addition to replacing the water heater. He estimated that the work would take about 3 hours. In addition to replacing the tank, he installed a pressure relief valve tank and two metal straps for earthquake stability. He also had to install a runoff pipe outside. All of these were needed to bring the system up to proper City/County Codes. He was all done in under 2 1/2 hrs. GREAT JOB! Zach was very clean cut, polite and professional. He is a valued asset to his company. We can't believe how nice it is to have hot water. Our old heater wasn't putting out consistent hot water and this new one delivers! WE BE HAPPY CAMPERS!!!!

Used their coupon and got a response the next day. Two days later the water heater was installed by Kevin. He was very professional and efficient. He explained everything and did all he could to keep the cost as low as possible. I highly recommend this company.

Professional installer, who knew what he was doing, cane and installed the new water heater on a Thursday. By Friday, an existing external value that supplied hot water to the radiant home heating system started to leak badly. I put a Home Depot orange bucket under the leak and on Saturday morning the same installer came on his day off to change out the leaking valve. Good service and attention which I appreciated very much.

All work was completed and install passed inspection the first time.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. Step by step removal and install and constantly checking his work. Great work ethic and knowledge. Explained any question I had and provided the follow up knowledge I needed to check or change the settings in the heater.

Bobby and Clay were very knowledgeable and extremely professional in doing a difficult job. Our water heater is on the 3rd floor of our house and they did an excellent job moving old heater down and new heater up. They saved us money as we didn’t require a new attachment part(?). Great. Eric figured out what the problem was in about 3 minutes after getting to the unit. Luckily he had just put the part needed for the repair on his truck the day before and he was able to fix our heater in less than an hour after draining the water tank. Phil S. was highly trained and very professional. He knew what was necessary to bring our water heater connections up to current building codes in Bellevue. He and his trainee, Craig, were efficient and courteous. We were very happy with the quality of their work!

Joseph B. was punctual and professional, and very tidy. He also let us know that the malfunctioning water heater was still under warrantee, so the cost of today's service was for installation only. The previous plumber who installed it wanted to charge for a new heater, warrantee and installation which was roughly 4 times as much as today's installation cost. I was the person who was present at the home at the time of the service.

Bryan came in, assessed what was needed to complete the job and gave me a quote. I had gone through Home depot services and this is the company that was assigned to do the job. Bryan went about his job. He removed and replaced the old hot water heater and pressure tank and installed a new ball valve along with new hoses and fixtures. He double checked all his work and when he left the job site it was a very clean place. Very professional in work and appearance. I would use his company again.
