Brandon was very professional and informative. He showed up wearing a mask (COVID) and awareness of COVID safety, took his shoes off in my (for my "shoes off household" without my having to ask). Very patient and open to any input. At the end, I appreciated the check-list he went through with me to ensure that all steps were taken and I was informed. Definitely appreciate working with Fast Water Heater Company.

We had a small leak in our 15 year old water heater. They were easy to reach on the phone, and were knowledgeable about asking what model we had so they could install a comparable unit. The price was a bit higher than other quotes, but we found they had coupon they had on Angies list. They told us they would honor the coupon, but would reduce the warranty down from 10 years (disappointing). The coupon also mentioned an extra $170 for installation of an expansion tank which seems to be required everywhere these days. We were wary of all these extra fees but went went them because they could come out the next day. The technician was friendly and did an 'on the way' call to let us know. He replaced and install the new unit in about 2 hours, took pictures, explained about the work he did, cleaned up, instructed us how to turn on our faucets to avoid sending debris to sinks we drank from. There was a strange smell in the garage where the water heater and he told us it was expected and would dissipate over a day or so. When it didn't we called the company to inquire about sending out a technician for follow-up since it could've been natural gas. They told us they could send someone out, but they'd have to charge us a diagnostic fee ($170) if it wasn't the water heater. They suggested we call PSE instead who would do it for free. It was disappointing they didn't stand by the work or customer concerns. We ended up calling PSE who came within an hour, detected 2 small gas leaks on the new water heater that was installed. The PSE technician applied more pipe sealant and told us there was almost none applied when the unit was installed. We called Fast Water Heater Company back with this news and the response was 'ok, thanks for letting us know'. No apology or follow-up...

After calling 4 different plumbing companies to install my water heater FAST was the one I chose due to their responsiveness and clarity in answering my questions before the sale. I had completed research on a 12 year warranted, self cleaning Rheem tank I wanted to replace my current aging AOSmith. FAST was able to provide the tank, delivering and installed it on the day agreed with no issues. Since I'm somewhat handy I had a lot of questions for Dan, the installation tech which he answered professionally and in detail. I appreciated his organized installation process keeping his tools tidy and his workspace clean. His new install looks cleaner and more professional the the original install with all hoses tucked away neatly and no excess lines cluttering the space. Also last but not least I really appreciated Dan keeping his mask on through the whole process and respecting social distancing with COVID precautions.

Riley, was very great! He replaced our hot water tank in a timely manner and was very informative regarding the replacement and the upcoming process for receiving the permit from the City of Kirkland. We would recommend him to friends and family needing plumbing work.

Chad and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) did an awesome job. They were prompt, polite, professional and wore face masks the entire time. They did a beautiful job on the install, took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions plus the place was spotless when they were done. They even saved me from the huge spider that was hiding behind the old tank. Thanks again guys. Great job.

Very smoothly. Called for service and water heater installed the next day. David and Josh were on time, masked, worked swiftly but carefully. They were pleasant, made sure all installations were done carefully and made sure there were no leaks or missed connections.

VERY timely service...did the work on a Sunday. I was very appreciative as our water heater stopped working Friday night. Excellent work. Technician also followed all COVID-19 precautions with mask and distancing.

Great. My water heater wore out. 20 years old. Called Fast on Tuesday morning, had new heater by mid-day Wednesday.

Eric did an excellent job. He is friendly and answered all my questions. My water heater was placed in an inconvenient location. But Eric is an absolute professional, he managed to do a perfect job in a timely manner. I am happy to have worked with him.

Our water heater went out Sunday about noon. The tank cracked and water was leaking on the garage floor. i called Fast and had an appointment right away. They were able to find a heater that matched size, BTU and fuel type while I was on the phone. The technician was right on time and came to the door with mask and gloves on. He gave us estimate of 3 hours to complete the job and was finished in 90 minutes! Very happy!

While I had to wait until the next day for service and the office would not give me help over the phone to turn off the water so I had to deal with massive amounts of water over the night, The service technician was there at 9:10 and took care of everything! He installed a new water heater by 11:10 and was gone! Leaving everything neater than when he arrived! Very impressed with the service tech. Professional and calm- just what I needed! Very happy.

My GE water heater died after 17 years so I replaced it with a Rheem from Home Depot. Fast performs the installs for HD. Eric S was great - very knowledgable, and answered all my questions. The install price including a new expansion tank, mixing valve and drip pan was in the range I expected and competitive with other quotes. The tank was up and running in two hours! I would work with this company again.

The replacement excellent! The technician arrived within a few hours and replaced the water heater within 2 hours. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and professional.

I've had 2 water heaters replaced now by FAST. The latest one is in a corner behind the dryer, but Riley made it look easy. He called ahead and arrived early in the time window. He has a mastery of everything related to water heaters and can explain things clearly. The job only took a little over an hour even though it wasn't simple. He took care to make sure I had a solid install, with the bottom of the tank protected by a pad from the cold tile underneath (inspectors want that!) as well as being protected from too much pressure from the main water line. He is a true professional in his field and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend FAST. The cost includes the water heater, a protective pad ($18), and moving the dryer, before taxes. It also includes a permit (about $73), which I appreciate their pulling that as it's good when you go to sell that the buyers' inspector sees the work was permitted. A lot of companies here don't pull permits for water heaters so ask about that before you choose one. University Place does do permits for water heaters.
