This means we have constantly invested in both our employees and our tooling so we can live up to the ever changing demands of more complex metals and repair techniques. All of our estimators and technicians are certified and undergo ongoing training on up to date manufacturer repair techniques. We can work with any insurance company with no extra expense to you. We will ensure your investment by repairing it to factory approved specifications in a timely and economical manner. Our facilities span over 18,000 sq ft and we repair over 150 vehicles a month. Rest assured you will have made the right choice when you trust us to handle your repairs! We cover the cities of Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and Kirkland. We currently have the ability to process about 150 repairs a month and are able to do this while maintaining a customer service index of over 98%! We are able to achieve this by constantly monitoring all of our processes and frequent customer follow-up while the car is being repaired. We don’t stop when you get your car back either, we also employ an independent third party to monitor and score us on our level of customer service!
