It was great! Exotic Motors was the shop my insurance co referred me to so I didn't need to have a claims adjuster look at the car. Mark provided me with an estimated date it would be ready which I never thought they'd meet and the car was ready 2 days early. I received a voicemail almost daily with a status update. It always is a bummer to have a car in the shop, but Exotic Motors made it as painless as possible. I would definitely go there again.

They did a good job.

They did a beautiful job on my collision repair. They had to replace a fender and repaint. We got our car two days later and the work was flawless.

The work was fine, but they damaged a third party's bluetooth phone component. It was crushed likely while getting in and out of the vehicle. There has been no resolution.

They were very attentive and responsive, and their customer service was good as well.

They're one of the few places that will service scooters, and they have a technician on staff that is very familiar with them. Furthermore, they always do good work.

I noticed my brakes were squeaking so I asked a couple of friends if they knew a trustworthy auto service shop I could go to get my vehicle looked at. I was referred to The Pit Stop. I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't have to wait around for a long time before someone could look at my car and when I arrived my car was inspected immediately. I needed a complete brake job (surprise, surprise since I was squeaking so badly!!!). They also performed a free 21 Point inspection and although I thought this might be a way to upsell me they took the time to explain the results and told me I could wait some more time to fix the one item that was on the list. I really appreciated that because I am always wary that I am going to be taken advantage of but I also want to know if something else needs taken care of. It was the right balance of information given and sales pitch. :-) The repair took the exact amount of time they said it would and it cost exactly what they said it would. I would definitely recommend this business. They were very friendly and service orientated. Great experience!

I feel that they are very honest and trustworthy. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had the work completed. I felt very good about their explanation of what they were doing...he even showed me some factory notices on the computer about the problem and suggested solutions. I dropped the car off in the morning and left by the middle of the afternoon. I feel like I was treated fairly and the price for the amount of work they did was great. I will be using them as my regular mechanic going forward.

I have a motor scooter. It's hard to find a place for basic service (oil change, tune-up, etc.). Peter and his crew at The Pit Stop did a great job at an amazing price. I'll be going back later today with my son's VW Golf for a full oil change and tune-up. They were one time, on price, and friendly.

My experience with this body shop was great. I was in a major collision, was referred to Exotic by my dealer (although my insurance company wanted me to go somewhere else!), got my car repaired on time at the price that was agreed. The car looks like new. Enough said!

We started going to The Pit Stop about 6 months ago, since then we've recommended him to many of our friends and both our young adult daughters. I especially like how he deals with my girls, he talks directly to them and explains the reason for the service and the ramifications of not maintaining their cars (ie:checking oil level, tire pressure etc.)
