My first contact with Vlad was through a front door install arranged through Home Depot. Installing a front door on a 100+ year old house can have its challenges, but Vlad handled it with ease. Given the quality of that work and his building background, I hired him directly to build a Studio Shed in my backyard. He went above and beyond during the two-week build out of the shed. One evening he stayed until 9:30pm to finish installing the roof so the structure was weather tight before a pending incoming storm. His attention to detail throughout the build was superb. Vlad is much more than a door installer; he’s a true craftsman and carpenter. On the scheduling side of things, Tatyana goes out of her way to ensure Vlad’s schedule is flexible enough to account for the unexpected and to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend ZAD Construction Group for any building needs.

I have had ZAD install two doors including cutting and framing an exterior french door. Both jobs were done well and timely,. Vlad and Ethan were very professional, friendly.

Vladimir and Ethan did an awesome job replacing our previous, poorly installed, very un-insulated front door with a well-sealed new one from Home Depot, dealing with any size discrepancies, not breaking the outside HardieTrim, installing a new smart lock that connects very smoothly, and also installing a new handleset. They left the area super clean and undamaged. Thank you! My wife and I are happy everything could be done so smoothly in one day.
