Description of Work: This is the second time I have used CUZ and I will definately call them in the future. Their prices are the best I could find, the operator arrived early and was incredibly personable. He even let me know that with how we treat our septic system we only need to pump it about every 5 years. He could have easily told me that I need to pump it more often and I would have no idea that he wasn't being honest. That says a lot to me. This is a great company. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: It had been several years since the previous owners had had our septic tank pumped. We didn't know if it needed pumping or not, but wanted to be sure we didn't let any potential problems get out of hand, so called CUZ to check the tank and, if necessary, pump it. The serviceman had to dig to expose the tank. He checked it, all the while explaining what he was doing and why, and told us a lot we hadn't known about septic tanks. He determined that the system was functioning well and did not need pumping. Would have cost over $400 if pumping was required, so his honesty saved us money and helped us understand the system better.

Description of Work: I called Cuz Septic because they were recommended by a company I knew and trusted. When I spoke to the male (owner?) and tried to make an appointment, he acted very rushed and acted as though I was a bother rather than a new client. |I needed to have Cuz Septic inspect my septic and pump it if necessary. In addition I needed covers for two (2) round pipes. When he said he had some on his truck and were they 4 or 6 inches?, I told him I believed they were larger than that. He acted like I was an idiot. |I told him I'd run out, measure the openings and immediately email him the correct sizes but he put me off stating I could do that over the upcoming weekend. Not wanting to wait and possibly forget to send the info before he came to the appointment and with the possibility that he wouldn't have the time to get the correct size covers, I insisted on sending the info right away. He was very upset and ended our conversation. |After hanging up and pondering our conversation, I decided that anyone who was so rude on the phone would probably be the same in person. So.. I called back and cancelled the appointment. Who needs rude when other companies are looking for business?

Description of Work: Septic clean out I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable the guy knew more about poo than I would ever want to know.

Description of Work: assessed tree root issue identified as crisis by another vendor which turned out not to be the case. Gregory was excellent- he showed me the system, explained how it works, showed me that the 'problem' identified by another vendor was nonexistent. I trust Cuz and would use them again, without question. Note to others, always get a second opinion. Especially if you're a woman.
