Description of Work: J & M cleaned all vents in the house, as well as the dryer vent. They also did a complimentary check under the house to insure that all venting ductwork was in order. They were very professional and thorough. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Courtney and her team did a great job and we would hire them again. The only negative thing that came up was that someone on the team banged up the air filter quite good when removing it or putting it back in after the cleaning and didn't tell us about it. We only found out that it was all buckled and weird when we changed the air filter later on.

Description of Work: The service tech took too many shortcuts. Failed to clean various vent covers nor did he replace the furnace filter (which I had). I had other work that needed to be done and He said he would get back to me. That hasn't happened. This outfit is not reliable and very flaky. The old adage you get what you pay for is really true here. Don't use these folks!

Description of Work: J&M arrived on time and did an encredible job. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. I had air duc cleaning done a few years ago. found out they did a really bad job based on where they entered the ducs to clean. They only entered 2 where they should have entered 8 ducs. I will recommend J&M whenever I can.

Description of Work: I had the $289 special that included cleaning of 15 vents and 1 dryer vent. They discovered one of the ducts had become disconnected from a vent and fixed it at no extra charge. They also discovered a problem with my dryer vent that they were unable to fix during the visit but I had more than 15 heating vents and they cleaned the extras at no extra charge. I was impressed that they didn't try to run up charges after signing me up for the special. I plan to have them come back out for some work on my gas fireplace.
