Description of Work: Courtney and Mike (?) arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned our ducts and return vents, and did an excellent job. Also cleaned our dryer vent. They were very patient and polite with an old guy that had a lot of questions!

 + 0 moreI needed the ducts cleaned at one of my rental properties, so I called a week ahead and was easily scheduled on a date that worked for my renters. Michelle was very polite and friendly over the phone. On the day of the service, I received a call confirming the appointment. Since they are coming from Vancouver and I am on the west side, I was politely notified when they were held up by a bridge crossing, so that I wasn't waiting. I showed up long enough to pay observe them in the middle of the cleaning process. The first thing I noticed were their shoes were outside the house. They were respectful to keep the home clean from their shoes by not even coming inside with them. Michelle did a good job detailed cleaning each vent by hand. Her cute assistant worked on the actually ducts with an industrial vacuum. Price was higher than some other estimates, but their high quality of service shows in their work at duct cleaning. The services we were charged: $16 / vent $20 / Return $10 / Bath Fan $45 / Dryer Vent

 + -1 moreTyler came out to do the work, he contacted be before coming out an was right on time. Got work immediately which involved crawling around in a cramped crawl space. The work looked very professional and the site was clean when he was done. He confirmed that all the gas services were functional before leaving, being that he had to cut of the gas line to add the new piping. Tyler was also conscious about bringing any dirt into the house and was very friendly.
Description of Work: Added a vent and ducting to an addition as well as connecting a gas line to the main. Ran about 25' of ducting from my furnace to the new vent they cut into the floor. A second job was to connect a gas line that had been laid a while ago to the gas main.
