When I purchased the deal they called me within 24 hours. We had an appointment set up within a week (would have been sooner but my schedule did not permit it). They arrived promptly (in fact they were a few minutes early) and set to work right away. They were in and out in no time and did a wonderful job! The vents look like new and the house feels cleaner.

I bought this as an Angies List deal and the $99 was a decent value for the work done. In my mind I was expecting a commercial vacumm truck but instead they used a professional size portable shop vac and rotating brush system. I can't tell you whether one method is better at clearing dust than another. Our house was built in the 40's so the furnace deposits quite a bit of dust on furniture during the winter. This service helped but did not eliminate the dusting.

Very happy with the service provided. The duct cleaning has really help cut down on the amount of dust that collects around the house.

I am not sure how it went because I am not sure how much was in the vents. They worked hard for me and were very professional.

They initially emailed me through Angie’s List to set up the appointment. They were quick to schedule the appointment. We had the appointment scheduled, but I had to cancel it due to water damage and repair that were needed. They were really good about it and told me contact them when I ready. I have yet to reschedule the appointment.

I called on a Saturday morning because we started smelling a dead animal smell in our living room and it was overwhelming. Michelle promptly answered the phone and told me that she would have a crew come on Monday morning. (Later I noticed that their business wasn't even open on Saturday, and I was so thankful Michelle answered the phone!) The crew of Courtney and Steven came and promptly got to work assessing the problem and quickly came up with the solutions. They removed the dead animals (3!) and fixed unhooked duct work. They cleaned and swept and vacuumed and it is so much better in here! I'd have them back any time to do this again - I really appreciated their can-do attitude, their responsiveness and their all-around great service.

Last fall I moved into a townhouse built in 1976 that had been recently remodeled and updated. The house seemed very dusty. Cleaning out the floor registers myself with a vacuum hose brought up some dirt and debris, including pieces of new tile and a broken Christmas ornament. However, I decided that professional vent cleaning might be in order. Michelle Doty, owner, was friendly and very helpful on the telephone. She described the work and gave me an estimate of the cost. I was surprised and delighted when she was able to offer me a same-day appointment. Courtney and Sarah arrived shortly after the beginning of the window of time. They walked through my home with me to assess what needed to be done and listened to my issues and concerns. Courtney did not recommend the antibacterial fogger for my townhouse. Her honesty and not upselling me on services were pluses in my opinion. Courtney and Sarah were professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently together. They were very caring and solicitious to my 43-year-old parrot, making sure that he was out of the way of their loud vacuum system. They were careful to make sure that my home was left clean and back in the same order they found it. They completed the entire job in less than two hours. I couldn't have asked for a better or nicer experience. These two gals are gems. I wish that all of the home repairs and improvements I have done could be this easy and pleasant. Courtney was very efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after herself and even repaired a small tear in the hose for the dryer. I would not have not known it was there if she hadn't been that thorough. Thank you, Courtney!

They did a great job. They arrived on time and, after a brief tour of the vents, got right to work. The the tech was friendly and professional. Great service.

Between purchasing the Big Deal & them coming out, we decided on a heat pump replacement & duct sealing. J & M contacted that company to clarify the detail of cleaning necessary for them to properly perform the sealing. Two technicians came out, but upon inspecting the extent of the work which needed to be done, decided they were not comfortable to clean the ducts & joints to the degree required.

Two charming young women arrived at my house within the allotted time window. We did a walk through and they explained the procedure. They cleaned the air ducts, ducting, and dryer vent. In addition they did a crawl space inspection and informed me of a problem with my dryer hose (they did a temporary fix on this). They were always happy to answer questions and it was nice to receive the extra inspections and be alerted to a couple of things we will need to replace in the near future.

Don't waste your time looking elsewhere because this team is where it's at. First off they are prompt and courteous with returning emails. They took last minute schedule changes on without skipping a beat. They took on my house which is old and odd and still made it work! They literally had to take the time to fix my vents to do it right. They called and told me the problem and solution and asked for permission then proceed. I have had other contractors bail and make excuses to do a lesser job once they saw what they had to deal with at my place. Anyway....no more stuffed up sneezy girlfriend...thank you! Most other contractors just suck out the dust with a vacuum- it is such an inferior option- don't waste your money. Do it right the first time and request that your vents get brushed, hepa filter vacuumed, and sprayed down with a nontoxic sanitizing fog (their's was safe enough I didn't even have to remove my pets or leave the house for a long time- other companies you have to clear the house and remove your pets- scary).

Two technicians came at exactly the agreed upon time. They explained in detail what they would do to clean my clogged dry vent. The vent ducting is about 30 feet long and runs in the crawl space. I was quoted a price that included going into the crawl space and taking apart the pipe if necessary to clear any clogs that could not be sucked out with the vacuum and brush system they used. They did have to go into the crawl space and take apart the duct in order to clean the entire length. They did this dirty task with great professionalism as well as good humor. At the end of the work the bill was exactly what I had been quoted. Plus they gave me some ideas of how the venting might be shortened in the future. I will definitely use this service for any duct work in the future.

I paid extra to have them clean additional vents. Scheduling was done quickly. Two technicians came out for the service and it took them about two hours to complete the work. They were very professional and made sure they told me when it would be noisy and what they were doing.

First of all they didn't call back when they said would to schedule - I was willing to over look that. But today we got our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Didnt think to much about it when they said they needed to turn the furnace off. They cleaned out the vents, however: The 2 girls didn't know what they were doing They were in a rush They didn't know how to turn the furnace back on The individual we called at the office didn't know how to turn the furnace It's 19 degrees in our house We have the gas people coming tomorrow and we are going to call a furnace expert that will cost us more than what we paid for the "The Big Deal"

The crew arrived on time and were completely professional and completed the job in a reasonably short time. I would use them again.

When I called the office to schedule, they recommended to get air duck service done before any other type of service needed upon moving into the house. That's important, since the ducks cleaning could be very messy. Two staffs showed up on time, spent about 2-3 hours in this 2200 sqft house. They told me that they collected a lot of pet hairs and also cleaned the dryer vent. They also suggested to put some defense at the outlet of dryer vent to block small animals' access into the vent. The overall service appear to be professional. I would use them again in the future.

The company representatives were prompt, professional and courteous. After inspecting the vents, they said that the vents work was covered with a thick padding of some kind that they thought might be fiberglass and decided that they could not complete the job.

Called when left the office for my home. Arrived earlier than expected due to light holiday traffic. Did a walk through of house and explained what they would do. Played with my dog when he wanted attention. Very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Polite and professional
