Used drop clothes, explained the issue, provided an accurate estimate, did the work and then some--reconditioned my gas fireplace (painted, added log materials, arranged it properly, cleaned inside and outside, operational checked air blower to ensure it was working properly ). Mike Livingston was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was my second opinion on my fireplace after being told that I had to replace my gas logs when I actually didn't. I just needed a major maintenance cleaning and some new parts to my current gas log fireplace. He had all the parts and materials to start the work. He even installed a remote control for a nominal price. The cost was reasonable. I am so happy to see my fireplace actually working after putting off the repair for so many years now. He did excellent work in reviving my gas logs back to tip top working condition. I will use him again for ongoing maintenance in the future.
