I would have Livingston come back again to service the gas fireplace.

First thing Mike the technician said He won t charge for the visit and looking at the fireplace to let us know what the problem is . I hired him to look at and he gave the appointment the very next day morning 8 am and 2 other days He came perfectly on time 8 am already with his equipment looked at my system thoroughly and explained that he could take care of it and have me a quote. He started the work and figured out other things as well and fixed them and replaced the switch for no extra cost as he already gave me the quote. Mike was friendly, professional and experienced and quality of the work was great and post work maintainability tips were also appreciated.

Mike the owner, arrived promptly and was thorough and professional in both explaining what needed to be done, and accomplishing it quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

I needed my gas fireplace fixed. Mike arrived on time and identified the main problem and another I wasn’t aware of, but affected the heating effectiveness. He fixed everything. The fireplace works great and my home feels much warmer when using the fireplace than it has in the past. I’m super happy and would definitely recommend the company again!
