Excellent job

Mike was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way and upon arrival to precautions to keep the workspace neat and clean. After thoroughly cleaning our fireplace, he gave us some suggestions about how to use the unit more efficiently and how to shut down the unit for the summer months. Would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

We were so impressed with the honesty: that one of our gas fireplaces just needed some small repairs & cleaning while the other needed replacing. He also noticed that our outside gas line needed to be attached to our new deck- His estimate was a bit more than half of other companies. I could not recommend this company any higher. As a matter of fact, our neighbors on either side of our home plan on using this company to do their gas fireplace repair in future.

Mike was excellent. He evaluated the issue, cleaned and fixed the pilot light. He took the time to show me and then watch me work the fireplace. His patience and professionalism was beyond expectations. The fee was MUCH less than what I have been charged in the past and what I have been quoted by others.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. He came to fix my fireplace starter. He promised to mail me the key to my fireplace. It has been over 2 months and we havenâ t received anything from him. He hasnâ t returned our calls or text. He took $250 in which that was supposed to also cover the key to our fireplace.
