Outstanding service. Mr. Livingston was able to fix a gas fireplace that another supposedly dedicated gas-fireplace "Flamemaster" pro told me I'd have to replace. He took care of everything very efficiently. Was very impressed with the quality of work and the price was very reasonable too.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Mike is a true professional and asset to his trade. He was punctual and explained every aspect of what was needed in detail. No pressure, just assurances that the needed work would be performed as it should . He did a fantastic job on my fireplace that hadn't been serviced since its installation! I have my fireplace contractor for all future work and will definitely hire him again.

He called me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. I will definitely use him again for any future repairs!

Mike Livingston arrived at 8 a.m. as he said he would on Thursday, December 1, 2016. I was having trouble with my gas fireplace flame staying lit even though the pilot light remained on. The flame would run for a while and then cut out. Mike, cleaned the firebox and painted the inside of the firebox where it was showing signs of rust. He advised me that if this was not done, I would eventually have to replace the entire box due to it rusting out. He cleaned the fireplace glass and entire fireplace. He had to replace my fireplace wall switch which was bad as well. He was very professional and used a drop cloth etc. He also advised me that I should have our fireplace service once a year. I had previously used my fireplace for 17 years before encounting the above problem. But based on the job Mike performed in cleaning and repairing my fireplace, I will be sure to contact him again to perform next year's annual maintenance. I would highly recommend his services to other customers. You won't be disappointed and extremely pleased with his services.

As a new owner of the home, I contacted Livingston Fireplace Repair for a cleaning and inspection of my Gas Log Set since the set was more 12 years old and it appeared that the unit had not been cleaned for several years. Mike Livingston came into my home with protective floor covering and all the right tools. During the cleaning of the fireplace and gas log set, he pointed out to me that the set was not the right size for the unit and would not produce the heat that I was looking for. He proposed several new sets that I evaluated and selected one that would meet our needs. He worked with the supply folks from Suburban Propane to insure I had no leaks and a nice clean flow of Propane into the unit. He worked with me on three separate occasions from the cleaning right through to completion. He was always accommodating to my schedule. He is a true professional who knows how to get the job done.

Arrived right on time. Work was completed to my satisfaction. Mr. Livingston also provided several good recommendations on how I can more effectively and efficiently operate my fireplace. I would highly recommend him to other customers.
