The person arrived promptly, took into consideration our schedule when making the appointment. Measured, made suggestions, etc.

I feel like they did a good job. They got water all over my house when they took the old washer out though.

We got the wiring conduits from them. We also used them for wood work and varnishes. We did the work ourselves. They know what they are doing. They are helpful as well. I will continue to use them in the future.

The hardest part of this task was communicating with the Lowe's store itself. They would call us asking for some information, then we would return the call and be unable to reach anyone who knew about our order. When we went to the store, information was not forthcoming. We would receive a call that said if we did not respond right away the order would be cancelled, then we would call back (after going through a totally clueless switchboard system) and be told that nobody knew of any reason for trouble.

AFTER the doors arrived, though, everything went wonderfully. Our installer was knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly and capably. Installation took two days, but we had expected that. The doors look good and perform as advertised. Our installer even ran into us at the store and made sure we were satisfied, which we were--completely.

I've checked the box that we would use this firm again, but I need to qualify that. We have some other projects in the future, and our only hesitation is about the communication after the initial sale and before the actual work on site. I would hate to see everything founder because the operator can't figure out who we need to talk to, but it may come to that.
