They unplugged my drain pipe to the septic tank. To accomplish this they dug two holes and punched a hole in my basement bathroom drain pipe and punched a hole in my cast iron drain pipe for the rest of the house. They attempted to find my septic tank but couldn't even with the help of a mini backhoe.  They dug two large holes in the back yard looking for the tank. These holes were not filled and leveled properly.  I had to do it myself. They did not fix the holes they punched in the drain pipes or fill the holes. I had to do this myself.  I located the septic tank myself and had them come out and pump it out in March.  At this time I told the driver that they hadn't fixed the holes in the drain pipes and they needed to come back and fix them.  He assured me he would tell the boss. After waiting quite awhile and not hearing anything from them I did it myself.  I also leveled out the large holes in the yard.  One other thing, they broke the flat metal tape they used to clear the drains with and charged me for it.
To be fair, when they were out here unplugging the drains and attempting to find my septic tank the weather was very cold.  The ground was frozen and it started to snow later on in the day.

replaced a defective septic pump and at the time I was told it would be warranty work because the company recognized the pumps were defective. I later received a bill for the full amount. I called the company reported what I had been told at the time of the pump installation and heard nothing further from the company, Four months later I received a nasty phone call about my overdue bill. Very poor communications by this company.
