Williamsburg Honda

We started using them in July of 2014, so a little more than 3 years. I like that we can schedule appointments online, so we can pick a time and just tell them exactly what we need done. I get a confirmation within 5 minutes. For the visit, we typically drop the cars off and pick them up later. They’re always ready when promised, and we have never had to take them back to have something redone.

The responsiveness and commutation could be better. They don't call back in a timely manner. However, the manager is responsive to concerns.

I took my car there yesterday. I've got to go pick it up today. We have two other Honda dealerships closer by but I don't like them at all. The people at Williamsburg Honda are very nice and very congenial. They help you and don't overdo. They're just good people. They're some thirty miles away from us and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

They seem to go out of their way to help their customers and they will get you in if you need to have something done. Although I had a problem with one of my tyres and I would go over there and they continually put air in the tyre for me. So I mean they are just very accommodating.

The Service team is outstanding. Friendly efficient service is the norm at Williamsburg Honda. We were greeted like fmily and time was taken to verify the services and/or any concerns we had about our vehicle. Duane is our Service Writer and he takes the time to understand all your concerns and always has a smile for his customers. The work was completed before the estimated time provided had expired. Duane reviewed the service report to help us understand any upcoming repairs based on the work perfomred at that day.
Over the years we have purchased three vehicles from the dealership and would never take our Hondas to any other dealer for service. The rates are fair, the employees are the best and the repair work is always top notch. We are very lucky to have the team to take care of our Honda for many more years to come.

There was a bit of a long wait to pull into the service bay initially but they were quick to take my car and had it completed by the end of the day and ready for me to pick up. They also participate in the Save 30 Store so you can get oil changes for a 30% discount which is great.

This was a surprisingly bad experience, because we had purchased a vehicle there a few years ago and were expecting the same good experience we had had then. We came in to see a specific used vehicle that was listed on the website. That one was supposedly gone, and nothing even close to its price range was at the dealership. First, it took a long time for the staff to figure out that they didn't have the vehicle and we ended up waiting a long time (thinking they were moving that vehicle from another lot) to find out that they had just brought up another much more expensive model that we weren't interested in. Also, we had a toddler with us and spent quite a bit of time in the play area. Everything there was dirty, broken, and incomplete. My daughter fell on the floor because a chair collapsed under her (which had obviously been propped back up after this had happened before) and there were dangerous sharp pieces on a broken play kitchen. When we notified staff, they seemed completely uninterested.

They took care of everything while I waited. I did not have an appointment and waited just over an hour. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They have a nice waiting area with TVs, coffee and a kids play area. I have had my car serviced here many times and will use them in the future.

We had very good dealings with them. They actually provide free first oil change.

Done in timely manner and seems to have corrected pull.

They were terrible. They wouldn't even look at my care and if they would have they would have charged us for the full price when it was under warranty when another Honda did it for nothing. My mechanic said he went there and that had happen to him before too.
