The tech showed up on time. I instructed him what was required. He looked at the line, the logs, and the propane tanks. He said it would be an easy install. He said he would check the truck to make sure he had all the required parts and that he would give me the cost. He came back and said he had the parts and showed me the sheet with the cost. $656.00! Repeat $656.00! My in-laws had and entire system installed to include the digging and laying of 100 feet of gas line and hookup for less than the price I was quoted. I paid the $49 fee for coming out and told him I would never recommend his company to anyone.

Technician came to give me an estimate on a number of projects. He was able to work with the propane company to get this particular project done the same day. This was important to me since there was a potential safety hazard and without the fix, damage could have been done to the tankless hot water heater, which was not heating well due to original propane lines and valves not being installed properly.

master plumber (forgot his name) and apprentice were on time. Respectful of property. Gave full explanation. Presented his master plumber license when asked. Very neat job.

They did an excellent job for us installing new heating and air conditioning. I pretty much liked everything. They were very good. They were professional and on time. They came when they said they would. They did an excellent job. Everything works. When we had a little problem with something afterwards, they came back and fixed that. In their price, they're maybe a little higher than some other companies but they did a really good job and the service was good.

James (& his trainee) introduced themselves, explained what he was going to do & what he thought might be the problem. Showed me his price list. Also was going to provide an estimate for a small generator installation in my barn. I also have used their plumbers and HVAC service.

The serviceman works only on oil furnaces, not AC. So there is assurance of his expertise. Appleton Campbell servicemen are unfailingly helpful and friendly.

The electricians were on time and got the done in an acceptable 2 installs was very good.

When our well pump went out, they came out within 30 minutes and confirmed what we suspected was the problem. We opted to have them do the work the next day during daylight because it was late, and one of us had to go to work early. They came on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

All work was accomplished in 1 day. Old unit was removed from its brackets attached to the house and the brackets themselves removed. New base was installed on pea gravel and new A/C Unit put in place. All wiring and refrigerant lines connected. Inside coil replaced. Vacuum pump used to purge the system; then system filled with refrigerant. New digital thermostat installed inside. System has worked flawlessly since.

They are very professional, thorough, and the work that we had performed with the plumbing required relocating a gas line, tankless water heater, and also installing an acid neutralizer. The work was done very professionally and the guys were very thorough with the work. The employees were well trained and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and they explained the work they did, including the water testing. The price was a little on the high side but you do get what you pay for and we were happy with the outcome.

A/C is a good company. The HVAC department is decent, but it goes by tech. They are pricey, particulars for plumbing, I like our current tech and as long as he keeps coming or they send a good tech in his place, I will continue to use them. Customer service is very nice and reasonable.

Jon Scott was ahead of time, calling to ensure that it was o.k. to arrive earlier. He was highly professional in performing this annual A/C inspection and service. He went to greatly appreciated lengths to explain recommended improvements and to explain preventive maintenance that I could do to improve A/C efficiency.
