Description of Work: Installed vinyl flooring in one room upstairs. Did not do as I asked and because the workers spoke little to no English it was hard to communicate with them. The floor shows all the seams from the underlayment and still after one year, still has bubbles in it. I will never use Hayes again for flooring.

Description of Work: In November of 2013 we purchased a living room leather Sofa and Reclining Chair from Haynes Furniture. We paid 1/2 down in cash with the remainder due upon delivery. We were told that the Furniture would arrive in a week, that estimate was ammended to December 6th. That Estimate was ammended to January 7th. I am now in February of 2014. My salesperson called last week and said the furniture was in and I needed to pay the balance, $1400, in order to schedule delivery. Balance was paid and delivery was scheduled for the next Friday. On Thursday I received 3 voicemails stating that the delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 pm. Late Thursday afternoon I received a call from Haynes saying the furniture actually had never come in and was not available for delivery. I have been unable to talk to a real person while trying to navigate their voicemail system so I have no idea of the status of my 100% paid furniture. Very Disappointed with my entire experience with Haynes.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job installing the carpet in our home. We are satisfied with the turn out of the installation of the carpet, they provide great service. The carpet was a good quality and the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: We had carpet installed in three stairways and one bedroom which was about 800 square feet.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with the carpet that we had installed. The price was very reasonable for the quality and square footage of carpet we had installed. They were real helpful and experienced in carpet sales.
Description of Work: We had carpet installed in our living room, dining room and den. The rooms were a total of about 370 square feet.

+ -1 moreI purchased my grandmother's house from her and the very first thing I did was replace the old carpeting. Hayne's has an excellent reputation, which turned out to be well deserved. The removal and installation was done in only a few hours. The carpeting was laid very tight and without any seams showing. They did a very good job for me.
Description of Work: Hayne's Furniture Company installed carpeting in three rooms of my house. The old carpeting had to be removed prior to installation.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with how well they did installing the carpet. I didn t have any problems with the seams or it bubbling. They stretched the carpet properly. The carpet was good quality and was holding up well. We have used Haynes for years to replace our flooring and have never had any problems. I couldn t recall the price of this job.

+ -1 moreWe actually removed our old carpeting ourselves, so this was strictly an installation of carpet and padding. They did a good job. They were very courteous and hard working. They finished the job in a good timely manner, and the carpeting looks and feels great. The price was kind of high though.

+ -1 moreHaynes Furniture sent a sub contractor that was just excellent. He took care of everything involved. It was fair to say he did it all in great timing. The rooms were nice. I had a different quality installed in my bedroom that felt very soft. I have not had any problems with the carpet what so ever.
Description of Work: He installed carpet in three bedrooms, the hallway and on the stairway of our home.

+ -1 moreThe crew of two men came in and worked very well to get the job done. I felt that the price for the carpet and the installation was very good. I was very pleased with the results and will call them again. I paid $18 per square foot for the carpet and installation.
Description of Work: Haynes removed and replaced 1200 square feet of carpet in the downstairs and the stairway.

+ -1 moreHaynes Furniture had good quality carpet. I couldn't have been happier with the carpet. It was in the installation process where the problem came in. The crew seemed to take very long breaks and left my house in a mess. Everything moved around was not very convenient to us. They did do a nice job on the carpet and we haven't had any problems with that. I guess that is what counts.
