Dan Dale Fence was very communicative, thoroughly checked in at each step, had many opportunities for feedback and making sure everything ended up the way it was originally planned. (Special shout out to Tammy Foster for being so responsive!) In our situation, we were able to get the quote quickly AND get the install scheduled more quickly than we expected. Any time we had a question or a concern, it was answered by the installers and/or by another representative before work continued. I also appreciated the documentation at each step and that their financing team asked for an independent review/confirmation of work being completed before funds were released. Every person we talked to looked out for us and made sure we were happy with the end product. I have confidence that they will honor our warranty if needed and handle any follow-up concerns that may arise.

DanDale Fence prepared all the necessary forms and paperwork required for the fencing and we only had to submit it to the HOA. I chose Dan Dale Fence because they were transparent with everything and even had samples of fence and hardware pictures. They handled everything, including dealing with the HOA. I was so comfortable with the presentation that I signed a contract within hours. When I had any concerns or questions there wasn't any delay in getting a response. The contractors did an excellent job and finished the project in less than two days. Kudos to Kevin, Ashley, Luke, and Robin! Great customer service.

I am very pleased with this company! Not only were the workers and rep pleasant, the work was fast and efficient. They got my old fence ripped out and the new one put in all in a day! Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs fence work done!

This was the only fence company in the area that would call us back! They also responded very quickly and had someone out to give us a quote that same week. They handled the HOA, which was nice. Our fence was built less than a month after they came out and gave us a quote. Prices were fair, service was quick and well done, the company has great values and people working for them. Overall great customer service. They Kept in constant contact until completion then it was hard to reach the same people or project managers that initially helped me throughout the process to correct something that was broken. Compared to others the pricing was fair and the job was done in the time stated with no issues. I am satisfied and Would would to see how the issue is resolved with my fence and the repair.

The quality of work was excellent, service was professional, the material sed were far superior to anything I could have purchased locally at Lowe's, Home Depot or 84 Lumber. The material was to be a mix between Grade #1 and Grade #2 - either I was extremely lucky or DanDale simply uses 90% Grade 1. The crew were polite, knowledgeable, extremely professional and hardworking. I had a 330+ linear foot old 6foot fence that needed to be removed with a new 6foot Shadow Box 330+ linear foot fence with 3 gates. The gates were 1 gate at 5 foot and the other two were considered double gates at 8 foot each. this entire project was completed in 2 days. We were xtremely pleased with the quality of materials used, the expert work force and the reasonable cost. We do highly recommend Dan Dale Fencing for your future fence projects!!!

Got my vinyl fence install by dandale, they were very professional and very confident in with the install. I would use them again for future installs. The work was on time, quick and a great price.
