My kitchen was a mess. I had tried some "self-improvements" that didn't even reach "1" in 1-10. I called Jimmy Baart, he came over, we talked about what I wanted. I went to his home office to pick out cabinets and color. Jimmy was so helpful, and worked with me at every turn. He was very personable and easy to work with. When my cabinets came in, it took about 2 1/2 days, every detail taken care of. They took the time to do a few extra things in the kitchen for me. The cabinets are beautiful, and are definately a 10. Thanks, Jimmy!

From day one Jimmy was a true professional and provided his input with regard to improving the size, functionality and beauty of our kitchen. He was easy to work with and his craftsmanship and professionalism were appreciated. My wife and I are thrilled with the look of our new kitchen and the rustic hickory cabinets fit right in on our farm. I would highly recommend CI cabinetry for the service alone, it is refreshing to deal with a true professional and we are pleased with the product Jimmy has provided. He is about as nice a guy as you will ever meet also, we are very happy.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience than what we had with Jimmy. He was professional and accommodating, but at the same time, he was able to provide the direction that we needed with the design of our kitchen. That was a huge deal. We knew what we wanted, but Jimmy's expertise was so helpful, and the cabinets turned out beautifully. We will absolutely be calling CI Cabinetry again.

Jim was very accommodating when it came to working around my schedule. He knows his stuff and is very thorough. His suggestions on my new kitchen layout were amazing. CI has access to all scales of cabinetry from the most budget remodel to super high end. I chose to do my remodel on a very strict budget and he was able to come up with beautiful options for me and even had a very nice built in wine rack that brings my non-appliance side together. I went from having generic 36" wide bottoms and unusable 12" wide bottoms and we were able to come up with options to swap out the 12" ones for more useable 18" wide ones. Jim sent me beautifully rendered pictures that i could share with my wife. He took measurements of my whole kitchen, so the rendering was my actual kitchen, not a generic box with cabinets like other people/companies offer. My wife and I kept adjusting our vision of the new kitchen, the layout, the colors, the style, but Jim and CI Cabinetry inc were there offering very helpful advise. We went with about 18 new cabinets total. They were shipped to his business and he transported them to my home in one trip. The install was quick and painless. He and his assistant installed all my cabinets in about 5-6 hours from start to finish and did a perfect job. The attention to detail was great! The doors are perfect, the cabinets are level, there are no gaps in the top molding or toe kick, its all perfect! Since I was originally only doing half the cabinets, I didn't have all the hardware for all 18 cabinets... so Jim came back to install the hardware when I got more matching hardware. I was not about to drill into the face of the solid wood doors... definitely worth it to have a pro install the hardware. The holes were drilled and about 38 handles were flawlessly installed in about an hour. Overall Jim knows his stuff. He is focused on customer satisfaction and delivering results. His work is flawless, expedient and very much worth the money. Give CI Cabinetry a call and talk to Jim, you will see what I mean by talking to him face to face. I'm completely happy with my new kitchen, and more importantly, my Wife is very happy with it.

He completed the work very satisfactorily. He shored up the drawers and re-braced them so they now pull out properly. He used a wax stick to plug the holes and refinished them so the holes are not noticeable at all.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience then what I got from Jimmy. During the contracting phase, he was extremely patient with listening to what my wife wanted in the cabinets and never rushed to offer his opinion. When he did offer his opinion it wasn't contradicting what we had told him we wanted. Jimmy was also willing to work with us on price to get were we wanted to be and never tried to get us to move our price point. At the time Jimmy started, I was doing basically an entire downstairs remodel, including moving the fridge to gain more counter top space, putting down new flooring, replacing some drywall and painting. Jimmy never once complained about the anything being in his way or slowing him down. He always just showed up for work and worked as hard as he could. He did the demo in less then 2 days and removed all of the debris. He did the install in another 2 or 3 days. There were a couple of pieces of trim that weren't perfect with the stain we had chosen. So instead of installing them and waiting to see if we said anything, he contacted the company that built the cabinets and told them to send another piece. This slowed down the final product but I really appreciated not having to say something about a bad stain. He also installed all of the cabinet hardware and the new over the range microwave we had purchased. My new kitchen looks great and its because the cabinets are amazing. If anyone asks, I always refer them to Jimmy and will continue to do so.

Jimmy Baart did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. His designs were creative yet we were still able to put our own personal stamp on it. He uses an impressive software suite to show you what the room will look like. Every single contractor he recommended for electrical, plumbing, and tile work were top-notch as well. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Jimmy at CI Cabinetry was a major part of the complete kitchen remodel that was done with Get It Done Contracting. He was pivotal in my decision to go with this contractor. He came out to look at the project before I received an estimate from the contractor. This was where he was most helpful with information regarding my initial decision to use IKEA cabinets. He was never condescending but he made the suggestion to look at what CI Cabinetry can offer for a small difference in cost over the IKEA cabinets (the cost of which was the main factor in choosing it). We went over some design changes and he even went out of his way to modify a stock design to accommodate one of my "wants". I wanted a pull out cabinet to accommodate a trash can and he was open to the modification I suggested and made it happen. Jimmy was very efficient, worked rapidly and gave me a some very nice kitchen cabinets. Highly recommended!!

CI Cabinetry, Inc. are great. His ideas were very creative and very innovative. He's very knowledgeable. I had a pretty good experience with him. He was responsive, knows what he's doing and has a lot of ideas that aren't necessarily the traditional ideas. Sometimes, he's a little bit too opinionated.

Jimmy was great. Our kitchen went from old and dull to bright and new. I will say that these are not the cheapest cabinets you are going to find but the product is great and working with Jimmy has been pleasant. He was real patient with me as I changed my mind about a hundred times on what I wanted in my kitchen. And once the cabinets were installed he made sure the finished product looked top-notch. As a stickler for perfection, I told him I saw a few cabinet doors that were the tiniest bit crooked and other little flaws and he was happy to correct it. I would definitely call CI Cabinetry again for cabinets.

I saw an ad in Angie's monthly magazine and e mailed Custom Cabinetry with the situation. They responded within a day and set an appointment with in two days.. Mr. Klink came out on and replaced the hardware and rehung the door in about 20 minutes. Job was accomplished quickly and professionally. It was a relatively small task that others had refused. I would use him again because he was through, meticulous and priced his work fairly.

Initially the job was reviewed with us--what steps would be completed, length of time for each. and dates for start and completion. These dates were adhered to, so our lives had very minimal upset. The crew was very careful to maintain a clean work environment so that our home was not affected by debris. We are extremely pleased with the results and would be more than happy to give the entire crew a personal recommendation.

He was a great communicator in between the finish of the job and the design process. He was very descriptive and only required half of the job to be paid prior to starting. He called me and set up the times that he would be out and was right on with the plan. The installation went well.

Very pleased with all aspects from start to finish. Good estimate, friendly people, great recommendations for how to proceed. They built a bar in oan old pantry space and really made it look custom and classy. Easy to work with, courteous, punctual, and very communicative to let me know status all along the way. I would definitely use Jimmy's services again!

I'm extremely pleased with Jimmy Baart's work and our experience with CI Cabinetry. Jimmy replied to my email requesting a bid pretty quickly, I believe within just a few hours. He scheduled a free estimate pretty quickly as well, the following week, even though it was the busy holiday season. We talked about options and his bid was submitted via email as promised. Jimmy could have our cabinets ordered and installed in two weeks. We found him to be very professional (great communication, pleasant phone conversations, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do) and the cabinets that we had installed in our master bedroom now look like they were made for the space! (Well, they were, so perhaps it was the space in our bedroom was just made for these cabinets??) While bringing in the large heavy crates that contained our floor-to-ceiling cabinet, a door stop was accidentally broken in the process. Accidents happen. But it was Jimmy's response that exceeds excellent customer service: He made sure things were running smoothly first, then immediately hopped in the truck and went down to the hardware store for new door stop and replaced it. Its that kind of detail that makes me a happy customer. The cabinets are gorgeous and installation went smoothly. Its as though they just.... appeared ... out of thin air, no fuss, no muss. On an additional note - not sure if anyone on Angie's List would find this helpful - but we did also get a second estimate from a "Big Box" store. We were very surprised to find their estimate for NOT solid wood came in almost $1,000 more, we'd have to have a $50 measurement appointment set up more and it would take 6 - 8 weeks until they could be installed. I remember my husband rolling his eyes and saying "Was there even a question of who we should go with here? Ridiculous! I want Jimmy, all the way."

Jimmy Baart did the cabinets for our kitchen remodel in coordination with Git R Done Remodeling. He did an outstanding job. He went over every detail with us and helped us come up with a great kitchen design. He came in and had all the cabinets installed in 1 day. The cabinets are gorgeous and very well built. Jimmy was very professional and did a quality job for us. I would recommend him to anyone planning on installing new cabinets. Overall the experience was great.

We started working with Jimmy Baart in November when we contacted him to give us a quote on new kitchen cabinets, first contact was at our house, he brought samples and made suggestions regarding placement of the cabinets that would benefit our kitchen. Jimmy took pictures and measurements, went home and did a 3D diragram of our kitchen and how it would look. We sent to Jimmy's house to also look at cabinets he had done. Jimmy was very professional in his work ethics, showing up on time and clean up. Jimmy kept us up to date with the delivery of the custom cabinets, Jimmy showed up with the cabinets and he worked well over a normal 8 hour day more like 10 hr days. Jimmy also provided a name for the granite/sink installation. Jimmy came back 2 or 3 times when I had questions that needed to be addressed. After the cabinets were installed we added the door panels. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and I high recommend him to friends and family.
