We needed the dryer vent re-cleaned, as previous service provider hadn’t done the job effectively. The AIRright team came in with the equipment and knowledge to identify and fix the underlying cause of the problem and get the job done correctly. There is something to be said for hiring an experienced contractor; especially when getting work done on critical infrastructure systems within your home. This crew is efficient, professional and fairly priced for the quality of work they bring to the table. I’ve got them on speed dial now and have no hesitation in highly recommending.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My neighborhood requires dryer vent inspections. Since I was new to the area, I decided to use the tried-and-true Google. I noticed this company had a lot of positive feedback, so I decided to give them a call. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Could the price quoted have been lower? Without a doubt, given that I paid less for the same service in Northern Virginia. However, I have no regrets about using this company. They were really professional and went above and beyond the scope of the job. He even attempted to fix my rickety storm door!

FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CAN’T GO WRONG — I can’t say enough good things about Dana and his crew. He genuinely cares about his customers. Not only is his work impeccable, but his word is too.
He takes the time to listen to his customers, assess the problem, and find a solution. He explains the work in detail before the job is started even including Before and After photos that I requested.. which is very reassuring to someone that is not an expert in this area. He really wants to make sure the customer understands what they are paying for in order to ease their mind. It’s refreshing and rare to see someone care so much about their work and be so prompt and responsive to a customers needs and timelines.
He is also completely committed to the quality of his work and goes above and beyond to ensure the job is DONE RIGHT the first time. I was very impressed with how particular he is and how he pays attention to every single small detail.

Description of Work: They fixed our dryer vent connection as well as performed a duct inspection after realizing that our ducts needed far more than just a cleaning. I appreciate that Dana was up front with us about needing more than our ducts cleaned and did not just charge us for a cleaning and leave us still having air quality issues.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 1,000 sf townhouse in VB which is 30 years old. I rent out this TH. The vents had never been cleaned. They were dirty. Airight cleaned 9 air vents and cleaned-out the dryer vent plus the return vent. The vents were fogged to combat any bacteria, fungi, etc, The bath exhausts were cleaned and they were filthy. They were also sanitized. New vent and register grills were installed as well as covers for the outside dryer vent and kitchen stove exhaust. Dana and his helpers, Arron and Houston, were personable, professional and hard working. They worked on this for 2.1/2 hours. I thought they did an excellent job and I was very pleased but felt $1,090 was high.

Description of Work: Cleaned upstairs air ducts and returns. Added mold retardant and replaced all vent covers. | |They were great. On time, very professional, described what they were going to do, did it, and were attentive to my questions. The mold retardant was optional, but since this was the first vent cleaning in 26 years the vents were very moldy. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Airright did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent which had become clogged after birds had built a nest near the outside entrance to the tubing. In addition to cleaning out the vent tubing, they also installed a guard over the outside entrance so that birds could not get in again. This was an additional expense ($80) to the $99 advertised price on Angie's List for the cleaning, but it was well worth it. The worker who headed up the job was very knowledgable and professional in his work and his communication.

Description of Work: Dana and his crew were wonderful. The air ducts in my 24 year old home had never been cleaned. After having recent renovations I decided it was time. I contacted Dana, he gave me a fair estimate and was able to fit me in, in about week. In the cleaning process they found several problems with my duct work that were causing the system to not work up to par. He also found mold in some of the duct work explaining some of our headaches and other problems. All problems he found he showed me personally so I could see what needed to be done. He only did the work after I agreed to the price. He explained things that needed to be done in full detail. They fixed all the problems the same day with reasonable prices. The crew was very respectful, professional and friendly. The work was well done and I had them come out today to fix my dryer vent, I called him at the last moment and he was able to fit us in. I am so impressed with this company, Dana and his crew. I wish all companies worked this way. Please take my recommendation that you will be very happy with this company with any work you have done. I give AIRight 5 stars or 5 A's. Very happy to breath easier for clean duct work and phenomenal service.

Description of Work: Requested duct cleaning. After Inspection Provider advised that ducts were not able to be cleaned due to the age. Advised that I look into upgrading the duct system. I had a plan in place to upgrad but wanted a cleaning. I went with his advice. He looked under the house at the system and validated what had been assessed during a home inspection that the duct work needed work that his company did not do. The workers cleaned three intackes and sealed to increase the effectiveness at the three sites. There was also a little tidying up of my furnace that was done. Thank you for the job well done. I specifically selected the company becasue of the rating, not being the top of the list and that they did not offer a deal. Great job to the company I will and have referred the company to neighbors.
