FANTASTIC! Showed up as scheduled. Was nice to have him remove his shoes inside without us asking him to do that. Was very detailed and knowledgable. He had to bend and contort to get into the vanity to find the problem. Found the pin-hole leak in the bathroom faucet water supply line after a detailed investigation. Very courteous and considerate. Great employee!

Chris did a fantastic job! Very personable and found the issue very quickly and had the repair done shortly thereafter. Saved my Saturday afternoon. I am very appreciative of his professionalism. I have used A2 for years and they handle my issues quickly and effectively every time. I have not ever had them come out to work on anything they previously fixed. Great job, Chris!

They listen to all my concerns and my problems to help give resolution to this major problem. I especially wanted to say thank you to Jordan for all his customer service and kind words as he helped us through every part of our problem to the solution. I think the most amazing part is his great knowledge and his way to explain how things are going to happen and move forward to completion. As a first time homebuyer, these situations can be very scary. I definitely will recommend A1sewer and drain They have great technicians!

Patrick was quick and efficient and was willing to take a moment to teach me a couple things. I would hire him again even though it cost more than I expected.

Had the unit installed everything checked out but failed about the Installers had left. Made a few calls which raised to the level of management who had the installer to return. They did....discovered the problem....fixed it ....hung around until the water became hot. Tested both elements and both were Reading correctly . They were satisfied....I as the customer is satisfied to see a problem resolve. Tha.nk you A1

I ASKED FOR A REAL PLUMBER FROM A1 SEWER AND DRAIN ON MILITARY HWY, CHESAPEAKE TO VISIT MY 96 YEAR OLD FATHERS HOME TO UNCLOG A SHOWER DRAIN AND ONE OF HIS FAUCETS IN THE SAME BATHROOM WAS LEAKING. THIS COMPANY DID NOT SEND A CERTIFIED PLUMBER BUT A TECH IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT, HE WAS VERY NICE BUT ONLY UNCLOGGED DRAIN, AND DID NOT FIX THE FAUCET LEAK, TURNED MY FATHERS WATER OFF IN BATHROOM AND LEFT....UNBELIEVABLE, BEWARE OF THIS PLUMBING COMPANY, THEY "DO NOT" SEND CERTIFIED REAL PLUMBERS, THEY SEND YOUNG NICE TECHS, NOT REAL PLUMBERS. THE TECH THEY SENT WAS VERY NICE BUT NOT A REAL PLUMBER, THEN CHARGED MY 96 YEAR OLD FATHER $244 DOLLARS FOR 25 MINUTES OF WORK! BY A TECH, NOT EVEN A PLUMBER THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR WHEN CALLED A1. NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN. GOOD ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

Amazing service from beginning to end.

Our experience with this company was not great from the beginning. Lee (initial inspector and estimate proposal) was clear on expectations, but made us rushed to make the decision. The technician called to give us 20-30mins headsup on their arrival but we did not agree to start the project that day with the office. Not all utilities were marked when they dug up our front yard. The dirt they dug up was left in the bathroom for days without knowing when they will return, the drywall seems to have damage from the wet dirt/clay from the ground, and the duck tapes they used took off the paint off our door frame. The technicians (Danny, Connor, and I am sorry I cannot remember) were good, but I hoped they communicated with what to expect during and after their part is done. Once the city inspector completed the inspection, we have not heard from anyone from the company. Only asked to relay the estate to the production team, twice. Still waiting on plumbers report for insurance claim.

Mike was professional and friendly. Gave us information about water heaters and choices. Very knowledgeable. He explained the necessity of annual draining of water heater, showing us how to do it. Will request him for future service.

The technician was on time and very fast. I had a complete clog in my kitchen sink beyond the tap and he cleared it within 30 minutes.

Polite, knowledgeable and reasonable price for work done on my bathroom sink and bathtub faucet.

I can’t recommend Sean Urquhart from A1 Sewer & Drain highly enough! We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night and called A1’s 24/7 line. I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!
