Great job! Very satisfied with them and would hire them again. Very knowledgeable, polite, and what a fantastic job. Better than we imagined for the price. Other contractors were several hundred dollars more expensive and weren t going to do as much work as this company.

They unscrewed a broken gas regulator and replaced with a new one, Decent work It works now. But be advised: If they don t have the part, you are charged for labor while they drive to get the part. 30 minutes total at my house, but charged for 1.5 hrs of labor. (Even if you provide all details required beforehand to bring the right part).

Fast and professional

This Company called me and in 24hrs they had a professional round to do the work in my bathroom. His name was Anthony, He worked diligently and fixed everything and left the place so clean. Their price was transparent and reasonable and they told me upfront before he came round. He worked hard to complete the task in a timely manner. I will be using them again and highly recommend them as opposed to those constantly advertising and hiking up prices.

Chris, the Plummer, was knowledable, worked efficiently and was vary courteous and polite. While working I asked him about other projects that I will be doing in the future.

Mr. Justin Bluhm was great employee that knows is job. He was professional in explaining everything about my water heater that went bad. He set me up for a new install and removal of the old down to every detail on how they are going to do. Great job to Mr. Bluhm. Give him a 10

Greg was prompt, explained the problem, our options, very courteous and friendly, and left the work area as he found it. We will use him and A1 in the future. A plumber willing to respond quickly at a reasonable cost should be in your speed dial. A1 is now in mine.

J.B. was prompt, professional, and really pleasant and good-humored and clearly knew his business. He not only fixed my problem quickly but was able to give advice about do it yourself solutions to some other potential issues. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was that it was expensive because it was an emergency situation, but probably no more so than others in emergency service. I'm going to call them again in the future.

I have been using A1 Sewer Drain for a while now, and I am consistently pleased with their prices as well as their work. Today JB came out to fix my sink and while he was there he pointed out something that I might like to look into in the future. The house is over 60 years old and some of the piping starting to corrode on the inside. There was no pressure, he was just giving me information, but it is something I am so glad that he pointed it out to me so I can take care of it before I have a big problem on my hands. It is so nice to have a company that I can trust.

The plumber was prompt and thorough in his work. The job took longer than I expected and was expensive.
