A1 came a long distance just to honor their appointment. The tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a hose bib replacement and was done efficiently and professionally. This is the second time I've used A1, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their labor rates were not disclosed until after the work was complete. technician shut off water to washing machine and forgot to turn it back on after work was complete. Originally called or sump pump work which didn't happen and still have not received an estimate

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday and a technician came on Friday to conduct the initial inspection for my broken tankless water heater. I paid for this service and paid 20% of the deposit for the work on replacing my new water heather on Monday. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and took off of work to be present for the installation. No one showed up Monday so I called to get a status and was told I didnâ t have an appointment since I hadnâ t signed a â customer agreementâ form but had already paid $600+ for the initial visit and deposit for the installation of my new water heater. Apparently someone was supposed to call and confirm but didnâ t. When they did finally come they had the wrong water heater and had to come back a different day. Not once did someone call and update me or give me information about services. I had to call and attempt to get ahold of someone. The bright spot with A1 was definitely the technicians who were all outstanding and had amazing customer service. The management or supervisors that schedule appointments and â assistâ when you call? Unreliable at best and say they will call but then donâ t. I personally wouldnâ t recommend to friends or family to use this company after my experience and lack of customer service.

Service was speedy. I liked the check up call I received and that my service has a warranty. This came in handy as it needed to be looked at again. Customer services was okay.

Very professional and took time to explain. This has been a very trying experience with becoming a new homeowner. Loved their dedication to helping this disabled veteran!

They came out on Easter Sunday to fix my kitchen sink. I definitely recommend!

Be aware this company lie to me and try to scare me, my wife and my tenant and order to sell me a $18,500 job that I didn't need it, And the worst part was they flood my craw space with human feces and toilet paper when they left an open drain because they didn't unclog the bathroom they just opened a pipe and said "Is unclogged and you can used but you still need to replace your main, because is cracked and has roots. That's your problem". Thankfully I have the call on speaker and my coworkers listen the whole conversation !!!!!! Because 2 days later they try to put the blame on me. When I call they didn't responded ,send someone or took responsibility for anything that happened and just tell me to call a company that specializes in renovation or cleaning of craw spaces. We are in the process of take legal action because the smell affects my tenant and ends up in the hospital. Please be aware and please ask PLEASE ASK!!! for proof of whatever damage that they claim your property have! Because they probably just want to sell you a job that maybe, like in my case you don't need it. In my case they claim my main line was "completely cracked and covered by roots and that was the reason for the unclothed bathroom". COMPLETE LIES..... You can see the picture. I have more pictures and a video and we are going to contact another company with credibility to have more proof of the conditions of my sewer & drain. So Like a said before don't trust anybody from this company ask questions ,ask for videos or photos something !!!!!!!! Because like they lie to me and try to sale me a repair that Clearly didn't need because It wasn't true that my main drain line was damage and with roots. They're probably going to try something like that with you. Trust me.

Our appointment was set between Noon and 3pm. Received a call from "Josh" a little after twelve, saying they were in the neighborhood. About twenty minutes later, Pat B arrived. Pat B asked a few questions, and then went right to work. Josh, apparently, is the supervisor, but Pat B did the work in fine fashion and in a timely manner. Very professional, and let us know exactly what was involved, including the cost. Job was completed satisfactorily in less than an hour. We have been using A-1 for many years, and have never had a bad experience. We highly recommend this company.

A1 contacted me shortly after I loaded the parameters of my issue into Angi's site and were able to schedule an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency repair). The technician, Mr. Chris Dale, called as soon as he was en route. Upon arrival he instantly diagnosed the problem and with about a half hour was able to replace a faulty part. He was also kind enough to walk me through the process as he was working so that I would feel comfortable making the repair myself in the future should I need to. Overall, very please with the responsiveness and professionalism all around.
