Appt was never scheduled even though I called and requested. Was charged for a common part. Job was done by causing additional damage. But it?s done, so I?m content

Answered call within 5 min. on weekend. I made appointment Monday and they were here 15 mins before schedule. Very knowledgeable, knew immediately problem and repaired in reasonable time. Warranty contractor took service call money cut 10 inch section and reported it was a modification issue with pipes and house settling therefore they didn't do work but took my 100.00 for 10 mins. and did nothing.

The plumber was on time, and polite. He listened to my concerns and ensured I was satisfied with the work completed.

The work was done promptly. It was fairly priced.

Called me quickly with a decent quote. I did think it was a bit expensive but was offered a $20 voucher. The plumber, Prince, came out within 30 minutes for a non-emergency job and clearly explained to me what the issue was and how he would fix it/ recommend doing. Overall, great experience. He was really friendly and the woman I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was great as well.

They sent an experience plumber who knew what to do and did it in good time. They are a bit expensive, but I guess I better get used to higher rates and inflation.
