I appreciate the speed that Jordan called me back Saturday evening after I submitted a quote request via Angi, their flexibility with changing my appointment, and how great a job that Dylon performed quickly. Work performed included drywall removal, removal of old washing machine valves crimped to polybutylene piping, installation of PEX to support installation of new valves, and repair testing. All for a reasonable price after I spent hours to realize I couldn't do the job myself without special tools. Thanks!

I had a pipe bust and he fixed it.

He came in and was honest that there was nothing he could do about frozen pipes deep in the walls except sit and wait to see if they burst in the thaw. He advised me what to do if they did burst (including call him) while I was waiting for him to get there.

Quick response, reliable and reasonable quote, able to schedule and complete install before the holiday.

Arrived 2 and 1/2 hours early, I explained I needed them to wait until my appointment time as I needed the floor area replacement completed before they reinstalled the tub. In short I was told I would be charged for the entire time because they didn't do this kind of work. He didn't want to stay to complete the job, wanted to knock off early. Other service men came by to visit but ultimately I had to pay almost 400 for a 1 hour job. Service guy had an attitude and said his dispatch attendant was new and had no idea what she was doing.

Everyone was great

Very professional and knowledgeable company and crew!! They were fast with inspecting our sewage line leak and also provided a financing option to help cover the cost!! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that a very small portion of the cleanup outside could be better, but this doesn't lower my rating for them. Exceptional company and I highly recommend!!
