Removed old hot water heater and installed new hot water heater, in attic, within 24 hours of contact.

Was timely , I marked them down because the parts price that was added was marked up too high 3 small pvc parts needed, they were all priced $8.98.

They did a good job.

They were quick to return and correct a problem that occured after the flushing of the unit - no hot water at all. The service person was polite and explained everything she was doing and why. I would use them again if I have any problems in the future.

A1 Sewer and Drain provided one of the best home repair experiences I've had in my 40 years a homeowner. They called me less than 90 minutes after I put in a request on HomeAdvisor and had an awesome technician (Master Plumber!) at my house that same day. The replacement of my hose faucet took him less than an hour and was done in a HIGHLY professional manner. The hardware/parts their company uses is top quality and I expect it to last many years. He took the time to give me a few simple tips on how to maintain the fitting for maximum life and minimal chances of any freezing issues. I'm so glad I went with them - and I have no doubt who I will call the next time I need a plumber!

Jeremy was wonderful. He took the time to go over the issue, showed me where extra shut off valves were located, and repaired 3 toilets fill valves along with replacing the builder grade plastic shut off valve. Jeremy is thorough and knows what heâ s doing.
