WOW - Double WOW. Justin, showed up professional, confident, and delivered the ultimate customer service experience. Found an install issue that has been in place for over 12 years and correctly solved our issue. At a very low cost. This "King' has his throne back without water all over the floor! After a total of 4 hours during first visit (including a trip to the store to pick up a wrong assembly) and $241 bill, my dripping guest bathroom sink drain was finally fixed within 25 minutes on a second visit. I am satisfied with the end result but obviously not happy with paying such a high bill for such a minor repair. Makes you wonder, could this have been fixed within 30 minutes the first time and my bill would have been much less?

They came out the day after calling and replaced a hose bib that had busted during winter. Work looks good and price was fine.
