Used for a full gut and kitchen renovation. Excellent workmanship and met their deadlines. Would recommend to a friend and will use again if we remodel other parts of our home.

I contacted several top companies for my roofing project. Mayflower was one of the first ones to send somebody to check my roof, give me a hard estimate and explain what needed to be done. After comparing estimates from three different companies, I decided to go with Mayflower because I loved the customer service. Sergei and Alex explained me everything about materials, the scope of the job, etc. The crew was on time, worked extremely fast, and finished the job in one day. They cleaned everything after they finish and overall were extremely professional. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, hopefully it is going to be the last one in my lifetime.

Outstanding services, including interior renovations, consultations, and workmanship. We hired them to install kitchen fixtures, closets, doors, various drywall and millwork jobs. Always on time and within estimated budget. Serge and Alex respond within 24 hrs of requests. They are involved in the projects from start to finish and communicate well with the working crew, to make sure things go smoothly. Then after the projects are completed, they follow up to see how the work they completed is. Customer satisfaction is their main goal, and indeed, they live up to their high professional standards. We intend to hire them again for our future projects.

It was very honest and professional work. Price was reasonable too. When I visited to fix thermostat I saw true pro work. They took out all electric outlets just to paint. My last painters would just tape and paint but they took out all. They even took out every ventilation outlet for painting. The vanity bathtub mirrors were done perfect in every way. Design on kitchen was excellent.

Our master bath renovation completed by Mayflower in April 2017 is everything we hoped for! Every project once underway has some details to work out, and they were very good at discussing options. They were responsive in promptly working out any problem areas. The tile workmanship in particular is a beautiful standout! They were excellent regarding protective covering on entryways and access areas to the project; and were very tidy on a daily basis. Theirs was the best pricing when compared to prices offered by their competition.

Mayflower Construction has remodeled all three of my bathrooms and I am very happy with the finished product. They are thoughtful with time completion of your space and responsive with your questions. I would highly recommend them to you for any bathroom remodel. I plan to use them for my kitchen remodel too.

The service and quality of work was excellent. The workmen were quiet, respectful and careful to keep the house clean. I am happy with everything that was done and appreciate the guidance by Alex to help with selecting what I needed for the renovation.

Alex and Sergey are easy to work with. Our project got delayed because we did not buy all items needed in time. But these guys worked around these delays, working long days, to finish the project. The bathrooms look very nice -- we had to change everything from tiles, stand-alone bath tub, new pipes, body jets for shower, wider and bigger shower, all cabinets, etc. The best value for the price!

Working with Mayflower Construction has been an excellent experience from beginning to end. From the start they were straightforward, honest, and basically just told it like it is. My house was built in the 60s, so I knew we were going to run into complications. Mayflower dealt with these changes professionally and expeditiously. These guys are honest and they communicate very well during the entire process. The workmanship is great and they have stuck with me long after the last payment was made to make sure everything has ended up perfect over the long haul. They were very flexible with me in terms of me choosing my own fixtures and materials. I highly recommend these guys for large jobs where you want your own design aesthetic to shine.

The work was top-notch and the price was about $5,000 less than other quotes. Materials were also excellent. As with every project, there were delays and missteps but the end result was above out expectations. Very nice people and fun to work with.

Mayflower acted the day after we signed the contract and worked on four rooms. Bedroom, bathroom, closet and wash/dryer area. They completed the job in 5 weeks which blew me away and they did such a professional job. They even acted on my request for a curbless shower. They worked with me and made it all happen. I had a concern of the curbless shower at the entrance with the water. After receiving full payment, they still came out and corrected the issue. They did a wonderful job.

We've used Alex's services for 4-5 years; he's excellent. If there are ever any issues he comes right back to correct. He starts on time, finishes on time and leaves the area cleaner than it was before he started.

WOW! The outcome of my bathroom remodel was everything I hoped for! Remodeling and Beyond walked me through the entire project, a top to bottom renovation, to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. And the end result couldn't have been better. Beautiful tile, fantastic fixtures, and exceptional workmanship. Just as important, they completed the job on time and within budget. This company is professional, reliable and responsive. Not only did Remodeling and Beyond come back with the best bid, they were willing to work with us on a fairly difficult project. We wanted to use Ikea cabinets for our kitchen and to take advantage of the Ikea sale, and not all contractors are willing to work with Ikea cabinets. R&B gave us a quote for exactly the labor and materials we needed with a line item and price for each category. This made it very easy to compare their quote with quotes from other contractors. They worked very well with the products we purchased on our own (kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, etc.) and were able to work with Ikea's countertop provider despite the company's very rigid schedule and requirements. There were, of course, unexpected surprises in our walls. R&B was conscientious about letting us know when these popped up and all change orders were clearly explained and reasonably priced. We stayed within our budget (including contingency) and everything was completed close to the original schedule. Overall, we are very happy and will be working with R&B again.

It was refreshing to have such excellent communication with the company. They were professional, friendly and very fair. Did not even overcharge when unexpected changes were needed in order to meet county code. Very responsive and kept the area clean as well.

We had 2 bathrooms completely gutted and redone; that involved all new tile work for a shower, a bathtub area, and floors. They also recommended lighting fixtures and fans to finish the job nicely The work went very smooth and efficiently and the final product is beautiful. They very good and attentive to work with and continually checked to make sure everything was going well. After the job was finished, they also checked back to review the work and make sure everything was alright. I would recommend and plan to have them back if we need additional work.
