Waited for nearly two weeks to get scheduled for an appointment with the service department. It was made for 9:00am; I dropped off the car at that time and requested the following:
VA State inspection
Oil change
Repair rear defroster (broken wire)
Repair windshield wipers (potential electrical problem).
At approximately 4:20pm I was called and told a part may need to be ordered for the high beams (state inspection), and the car was ready for pick-up. Nothing was done on the rear defroster or the wipers. Bottom line, Koons Chevy had my car all day and failed to even address two of the major items that were requested. It appears that scheduling appointments has little to do with the flow of work; clearly my car sat idle for most of the day.
When I called to complain and also e-mailed, I was called back and told the work was not addressed...again, why schedule appointments if they are meaningless?

The warranty work was just to remove something so my truck did not go on fire. They had a recall to remind this item. It was not a big deal. Their job was to remove it. It ended up costing me two new sets of tyres as it was not done properly. I called the general manager but he never called me back.
They are very thorough. My vehicles haven't broken down on the road in 10 years. I have four Chrysler vehicles, and they do all the service. I would recommend them to everybody.
