Wonderful salesman. I wished I could remember the man's name. Its not the first time we have been there with him. We had a Chevy Camero before him. the young guy that we dealt with, I think his name was Chris, is absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable. He was not pressuring us. He let us test drive anything that we wanted. They were very good. My husband wanted a specific color. A specific interior, and exterior, and they were able to find one for us. It wasn't there immediately, but they were able to get it for us, in like a week. They couldn't have been nicer. Honestly, I'm not one hundred percent sure. I think all cars are overly priced.

We were going to drop it off overnight, but we got it there about six o'clock. They said it would only take an hour, and we went out to dinner. By the time we were done with dinner, they were done fixing the car. It was fabulous. Like I said, we were in and out.

It wasn’t that bad, actually. It was about $250. They got me in and out in a fair amount of time.

They do a good job. Sometimes, they're a little more expensive. They do reliable work. The workers are friendly. Sometimes when the work's done, they don't call right away, so I have to call but that has been in the past and that has not been my recent experience. They know the car and they have the information.

That's where we bought the car and we continue to go there. It was still under warranty so it cost us nothing.

It took us hours to get the purchase completed after filing the paper work. We sat in the waiting for three hours just to complete the purchase.

I wish dealerships didn't cost so much.

Waited for nearly two weeks to get scheduled for an appointment with the service department. It was made for 9:00am; I dropped off the car at that time and requested the following: VA State inspection Oil change Repair rear defroster (broken wire) Repair windshield wipers (potential electrical problem). At approximately 4:20pm I was called and told a part may need to be ordered for the high beams (state inspection), and the car was ready for pick-up. Nothing was done on the rear defroster or the wipers. Bottom line, Koons Chevy had my car all day and failed to even address two of the major items that were requested. It appears that scheduling appointments has little to do with the flow of work; clearly my car sat idle for most of the day. When I called to complain and also e-mailed, I was called back and told the work was not addressed...again, why schedule appointments if they are meaningless?

I'd give them a 10 for service. They really did a great job on my car. It was really cheap and that's part of the reason I like it. Last time, they took a look at everything that needed doing and they just did a great job. My service provider was Jimmy. I had some questions and then they just fixed a factory problem without charging for it. It was just a really good service experience for me. I just like the fact they did't drag or run up the dough on me. It must have been a bit of a bug to fix a situation that wasn't really a problem. I give them A's for everything. They're awesome. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Extremely well - early morning Appointment; Bill Appel a 30 year Service Pro greeted me, took the order, clarified the recent services, quad me Tom"Next Priorities...new tires and brake R/R", coordinated the quick one hour service, and personally had me out the door in time for my 8:30AM meeting. "Professional, informative, no nonsense - he met all my expectations and then some!

They email you updates on your vehicle and you can check the status of your vehicle online which is nice. The staff is professional and helpful. They completed my car quickly (1 day) and when you pick up your car, they drive the car up to the office so you don't have to go pick it up.

I was last there two years ago. When you have a Dual A truck, they do not have a truck rack. They don't tell you they are going to do it with a string. Unless they have the rack, which is 20000 for this equipment. They will all do the work and charge you the money. They did not do that right. The warranty work was just to remove something so my truck did not go on fire. They had a recall to remind this item. It was not a big deal. Their job was to remove it. It ended up costing me two new sets of tyres as it was not done properly. I called the general manager but he never called me back.

They didn't do the job as well I would have liked. There were some problems with the straps and pins. I felt like it was lazy. I had to take the car back and had to order special hooks. They don't listen to carefully.

They chose not to bend at all or accept reponsibilty for damage. I will never use Koons family dealers again.

They are very thorough. My vehicles haven't broken down on the road in 10 years. I have four Chrysler vehicles, and they do all the service. I would recommend them to everybody.

They are a typical sleezy Tysons dealership. A salesperson that does nothing and runs back and forth trying to figure out a deal. Unfortunately for them I know what I'm doing with these kinds of things. I talked down the price a few thousand dollars.
