After describing my situation over the phone to the owner, Eric McKee, he was at my location within a few hours. He ran tests, took pictures and even helped educate me on mold, its cleanup and requirements needed when contractors (paid by the investors) came to do the repairs, which really paid off. He came back for various re-testing and his testimony in court helped enormously with my case. I always referred to Eric McKee as "the angel on my shoulder" because he was genuinely concerned for my health and the condition of my home. He and his friendly staff were always there when I needed them. This is a great company to work with. They have all the proper credentials for various situations, very professional and they really know their stuff.
