Victory's origins date back to 1928 when our founders started Federal Storage Company of Washington, D.C. About 20 years later, in 1945, Victory Van Corporation was founded, and the two corporations, although independent, worked closely together until 1963 when Federal merged with another company. Victory has grown to become a diversified relocation and storage specialist, serving your domestic and international needs in the fields of air, sea, road and rail movement.

Description of Work: Overall, we were happy with their service; they took good care of our belongings and everything arrived safely. We got three quotes and theirs was by far the most competitive. We had them pick up our belongings in MD, store them for 2 months, and then deliver to our new home in FL. Due to a combination of mechanical and personnel issues, they did not show up on the arranged move-out date, which caused a lot of stress. However, they did right and gave us a significant and fair discount on the final price to make up for this. Communication could have been a little better. Approximate price before discount was $6500, including move out, 2 months storage, and delivery, for a small 3 BR condo. I'd probably hire them again.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to write a review and most importantly allowing us to handle your relocation. I know moving can be a stressful time for everyone involved. I apologize that we did not make the pickup day that we originally agreed too. We base our schedule around what is required to handle the move in a timely matter as well as the number of crew members needed. At times, unforeseen mechanical or personnel issues can happen which causes a schedule issue that we do not plan for. We value all customers so I am glad to hear that our discount was able to offset some of the stress and issues with the original date.
