The entire sale and installation process went extremely well. Yoni was extremely helpful with the quote clearly explaining the design of the system and its operation. The installers were good and the entire installation was done in a day. The yard was well taken care of during the installation with all holes put back carefully. The company used good quality material (copper pipes etc) and the system is easy to use. Yoni helped setup the phone irrigation system application and answered all questions I had post sale. Great company...I would highly recommend for lawn irrigation systems. Call Yoni!

The sprinkler system was installed in a day and our lawn has never looked better. The lights are a great addition. Hydro-Tech was flexible to our needs and have answered all our questions.

Outstanding! Our lighting consultant, Chris Space, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Chris walked the property with us and listened to our needs and what we were trying to accomplish. He didn't try to sell us a "package" deal, or up-sell us on high priced fixtures. He offered suggestions on different kinds of fixtures and various price ranges, allowing us to select something that fit our budget. The installation crew did a great job. They arrived on time and finished as scheduled. The end result was more than we expected. The lighting makes our property look like an estate. It eliminated all of the dark spots around the perimeter and added soft lighting to the flowerbeds. We plan to use Hydro Tech in the very near future as we continue to enhance the beauty of the exterior of our home. I highly recommend them!

We interviewed and got estimates from 4 different companies. Hydro-tech was just above the average cost, however we felt that the quality of materials, level of expertise, and technology was better than all the others. We have many different border beds and lawn areas in our yard that require varying amounts of water, and their recommendation for the 16 zones demonstrated their knowledge of plant material. David and his team completed the installation within the time estimated, and we were very pleased with how they left the site. While there was a ton of digging involved in lawn and garden beds, it was barely noticeable after the project was complete. The system is effective and efficient, particularly with the Rachio app that allows for remote online fine-tuning of watering schedule. We have a few zones that need minor tweaks, that we plan to have adjusted in the spring. We are currently considering Hydro-Tech for an exterior lighting system. We have the electrical wiring run at the time of the irrigation installation.

Hydro-Tech Irrigation made all changes in a timely manner and did not charge any additional fees. I was very pleased with the service quality and professionalism of the staff.

The work performed and the professionalism of the crew were excellent. The problem is the communication and professionalism of the office. I had an appointment for the installation on 06/13 in which my husband and I took off work to be here. The day before service, I texted my sales rep and he told me the appointment wasn't until the 14th, even though I have the text messages confirming that date of 06/13. I told him to scroll up where it shows my appointment was that day. He apologized for the mistake. The workers were very pleasant and did a great job. I contacted my sales rep to let him know my sprinkler heads need to be adjusted in a couple areas that were not getting enough water. He stated it will be taken care when the crew was in the area. Of course that never happened. I scheduled my Fall shut off for 10/20/17 and once again took off work for that day since they need to come inside my home. The lady from the office called me a few days ago to say that she needs to reschedule me for for 10/30/17 because THEY NEED TO SERVICE THE HYDRO-TECH OWNER'S SPRINKLER THAT DAY!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! So the owner's service comes before the customers'? I told her that was unacceptable and quite frankly an unprofessional business practice. She looked at the schedule again and stated they can come 10/24/17 instead but wasn't empathetic or apologetic for the change. This is the most expensive quote we got but went with them based on reviews. So far, I'm not impressed and unsatisfied with their service.

Great! I can not say enough good things about these guys. I have had a lot of work done on my yard over the past 10 years and out of the 14 contractors who have worked on my yard Hydro-Tech is by far the best contractor I have hired. They went over and above what I contracted them to do. They looked at every part of my system, not to up sell me but to fix or improve every aspect of my irrigation system. Without any added costs. They did it right the first time. But just incase some thing was amiss or I did not understand something they installed Hydro-Tech scheduled a follow up appointment a few days later to make sure it was all correct.

Great. Chris was quick to come out for the quote, and gave good advice on sprinkler set up to accomplish what we were trying to do. Elvis and the on-site crew were professional and did a great job. It all turned out exactly like we wanted and needed. Would totally recommend.

Shockingly well. I thought it would be a mess, but the crew was VERY professional and very attentive to my concerns about plant damage. It was a huge success and wondered why we didn't do it earlier. On time and as promised. These are your guys!

Billy McDonald was the employee who came out and gave us the estimate and was very thorough in answering all of our questions and concerns. He had a great demeanor as well. When the crew arrived to perform the work they were professional and respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They left zero mess and we have been more than satisfied. We will definitely use Hyrdro-Tech again next summer when we do our backyard and we hope to deal with Billy and his crew again.

Yoni was awesome. He explained everything that was going to be performed, addressed all of my questions, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the results. The work crew was both concientious and meticulous installing the system. The installation of the system is considerably noticeable afterwards. We are expecting it to become less noticeable as the year progresses. The quote for service and final billing was extremely reasonable. In my opinion, this company has gotten too big for its own good. They now require a 5-hour time window where you need to be home. And, they refuse to schedule our 2 properties on the same day, even though they are only 10 minutes away from each other. So, they expect me to take 2 days off work just to be around when their technician might show up. The fact that they offer to call when they are on the way doesn't help me, because I work in downtown DC and can't be home that fast. The last few times I have called them, I have been placed on hold for long periods of time. I found a new company that is much more responsive and is even cheaper.

Yoni and team were great. Yoni came the day before to stake out the yard with me and explain how the system would be installed. His crew showed up on time the next 2 days and worked to get the job done. The job took two full days but was done right. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Outstanding!!! Zach Shifflett was prompt, polite and respectful, He was awesome! He listened intently and analyzed the situation in a quick and efficient manner finding resolve. He unburied the valve and solenoid and replaced both. Zone 3 works stronger than ever! And his assessment made sense! I knew water pressure was not the issue as was explained by a previous tech in Sep of 2016. I told my husband it made no sense. Our water pressure is strong in all the zones, and some days it would work perfectly in Zone 3 whilst other days that zone would dribble or not work at all (we have 6 zones). In addition, the pressure is strong in our hose, showers, washer, toilets, etc... The previous tech replaced corner heads and although it worked for that moment, it soon after repeated functioning sporadically. I knew it wasn't the pump, I could hear it trying to get water. I knew it wasn't a leak (the ground wasn't saturated) and I knew it wasn't the bladder, the last guy looked at the bladder. So I am a happy camper! Hydro Tech redeemed themselves thanks to Zach. I almost didn't call them back because of the last experience. I knew Sep 2016 was a costly "miss" because all other experiences have been exceptional. But to be fair tot he last tech, he unfortunately was scheduled on a day we ended up having torrential rain. He was digging around trying to figure it out. I had to have it fixed due to back-to-back company arriving and then we were departing for vacation. I even stood outside with him so as not to make him feel I wouldn't be outside but expected him to be). Bottom line, I hope Zach's manager is reading this. He did an outstanding job and represents your company favorably.

My experience with Hydro-Tech was a very positive experience start to finish. David Reeves was my sales manager and brings installation and product experience. He did a great job with the estimate and initial plan and took the time to thoroughly explain why he was recommending the zones and specific spray heads. The installation team did a wonderful job and there was no last minute changes to the negotiated price. I had an issue with water hammer post installation, but Hydro-Tech was out in less than a week to correct the issue. The final walk through can take up to 1 1/2 hrs, but is thorough and ensures any adjustments need to spray heads are addressed. I could not be more pleased with the final results. Thanks David! They were on-time and quick with the system turn on.

They were pretty good. I think they did okay. They were good. They did what they were supposed to do. I don't know about price, I did not do much comparison. I made appointments and they did show up. They are not really close to where we moved. I would not exclude them but they are not close proximately wise.

The services provided by HYDRO-TECH Irrigation Company are exceptional in every way! They provide winterization and spring turn-on services and I could not be more pleased with the services they provide. Additionally they perform repair maintenance on my 7-Zone system as needed and also when they detect repairs are required. The following applies: SERVICES – They’re very responsive to repair calls and meet my expectations. MATERIALS – Their trucks are fully equipped; they’ve never had to return because of lack of materials. EXPERIENCED – Their technicians are experienced and professional in their work and demeanor. PRICE – I consider their prices to be competitive and fair. This is the third company I’ve used and HYDRO-TECH is by far the best. They care about customer service and delivering a job well done! CLEAN UP – If they have to dig they always leave the area restored and all residue is removed. BOTTOM LINE – I'm a long time customer! I’m glad I use them; will use them again and highly recommend this company and their work. My system works well and my lawn looks great!
