Shawn scheduled this appointment when that was convenient for me, showed up on time, and quickly fixed the problem, demonstrating a lot of resourcefulness in the process (he rewired the internals of the lighting fixture). Highly recommended.

There guys were great and they performed beyond my expectations. They understood the urgency. They called me on the holiday and said they would be there at 6:30. And they were. They explained everything. I felt the pricing was very good. They did not try to pressure me or up sell me. The system is working great. i would highly recommend them!

He took time on the phone to explain what the problem might be and what each solution would involve. On the day of the service, he and Paul came right on time, were professional and personable, found the problem quickly and put things right, probably in less than a half hour. Shawn and Paul were very friendly and professional. They installed 3 ceiling fans and took the time to balance 2 of them when I noticed a slight wobble. They all function perfectly. As an added bonus, Shawn also took the time to oil all of my bathroom fans just because I mentioned that they could use a tune up, for no extra charge. The overall price was the best I have found anywhere and these guys really know what they are doing. Excellent value and service that truly exceeded my expectations. Excellent service. Responded quickly and provided an over the phone estimate. Was concerned about make appearance of work fit with design of area. I also had 2 timer switches installed and thy not only installed the devices, but programmed them for me.

On the phone we discussed that my home's attic just might need 2 fans. I did not feel "oversold" once the determination was made 2 was the best option. Everything was neat as before the attic entry - no messy insulation on the floor or on my clothes like the last contractor in the attic! (the entry is in my closet). The 2nd fan goes in tomorrow and I suspect it will be as smooth as the first!

This is a great company. They were courteous, professional and clearly value the virtue of honesty. A rare find today.
