Absolute Electric LLC

I needed an APC Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to be rewired because the builder's electricians didn't install it correctly. This isn't easy, but it's something that a competent electrician should know how to do if they read the manual and take their time. Shawn's crew was quick and thorough. I know I hovered over their shoulders, but they handled it well. They have definitely won future work from me.

This project was one of the best experiences I've had to date! Not only were all three individuals on time and professional, they worked together like a well oiled machine. Truly exceptional! In fact, I recommended them to my next door neighbor, and I have another neighbor that's interested as well. You can't go wrong if you hire Absolute Electric!

Actually Mr. Absolute Electric LLC didn't come, he just called and told me what I should be looking for and how I could fix it myself. After a little bit struggle, I was able to find the place and solve the problem. Since Mr. Absolute Electric LLC didn't have to come out, I saved the money and time. The team from Absolute Electric was very professional, on time, and efficient. I was so pleased with some minor outlet work they did that I hired them to rework the entire electric panel in my 33 year old house to accommodate a new deck with hot tub. Shawn is a super nice guy who works well with other contractors, does what he says he's going to do, has a fair price, and is extremely customer service oriented. What more could you want!?!

Shawn was very knowledgable and very friendly. He listened to the troubleshooting I had already done to solve the problem and acted on the information I gave him which greatly reduced the amount of time he needed to diagnose the problem. The result was me only having to pay the minimum service charge. I really appreciated his concern about resolving the problem quickly and just wanting to stay "on the clock." Shauwn also provided us with a very reasonable estimate to replace our aging breaker panel and improve the electrical distribution network in our home.
