I do not typically rate high, but Shawn was great. Explained the estimate, showed up when promised, cleaned up, professional presentation, and simply a great contractor. It is difficult to find an trustworthy eletrician, Shawn appears to be one. I will be recommending Shawn to friends.

Terrific! Shawn helped clarify what I really needed (I was kind of fuzzy about it) and he asked me questions about the job that made it clear that his company really knew what they were doing. The electrician who did the work arrived perfectly on time, was very professional, and did a great job. He also explained what he had done very clearly.

They helped me move a junction box for my new wall ovens and hooked the new unit up. They had to deal with a tight spot with a cold air return in the wall and a drawer under the unit. They did a great job and made it look easy. I will likely be using them again for other projects. I highly recommend them.

Sent an e-mail on Sunday--received phone call Sunday evening. Set up appointment. Arrived, completed work, billed amount EXACTLY as estimated. No surprises at all except the quality of work was vastly better than I expected. Workers were neat, careful, methodical in diagnosing problem and fixing only what was needed. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. I would use them again if I had any electrical jobs in the future.

I was having a problem with my electricity. The electric panel kept tripping leaving me with no electricity. Shaun came out to look at it and determined I needed a new electrical panel. That same week, Shaun sent to technicians to install a new Square D panel. It was done before the estimated time. I was also given a run through on the switches and how to reset a tripped switch. Paul and Drew were courteous and thorough. And the job came in at the estimated cost that I received from Shaun. I plan to have other electrical work done in the future and will definitely be using them. I have also recommended them to friends and family.

I had a few small jobs around the house (changing out ceiling fans, wall sockets) and called a lot of the big companies that gave me either large quotes or evasive answers about the potential cost. When I spoke to Shaun at Absolute he was straightforward and made an effort to give me an accurate estimate with the understanding that things could change when he sees the actual job.
