Workers arrived on time; workers were very professional and courteous. Job done well the first time and the price was reduced $100.00 less than quote as they discovered the job would take less effort than originally thought. The fact is, they could have easily just stuck to the estimate we agreed on and not mentioned the difference in work but they did not do that; instead they were honest and fare. I will most certainly use this company again and strongly recommend them to others.

We highly recommend Absolute Electric. Robert was our installer. He called us early to let us know of his arrival time . He arrived on time and was very conscientious about keeping the work area free of debris. He was friendly and very knowledgeable . We had an attic fan installed and are looking forward to cooler days!!!

Robert my installer showed up on time, looked at my existing wiring and controls then proceeded to find the center of the living room and perform a textbook ceiling fan installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When I first asked for an estimate I received a call from the owner and we discussed the details of this project and he took the time to really answer some of the more technical questions about this and a similar projects I was considering. Great folks all around.

I had 3 electrical projects that were taken care of quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. I was highly satisfied with how the jobs were done.

Michael the sales rep told me that he had availability for 5/29/14, and that taking the first appointment would mitigate the heat factor in the attic. We agreed and at 0700 on that take, Juan the tech called saying that he would arrive by 0800 which he did. The attic fan was installed to my satisfaction and Juan was on his way out by 1000.

Fast and efficient

Work was done quick and the space was clean when done. I was pleasantly surprised about how easy it was to schedule and for them to file for the permit. Then scheduling the inspection was done painlessly and when it was best for my schedule. Will definitely call Absolute back if I have more electrical needs.

Because it was raining, they did the install in two parts. The first day, they did the electrical in the attic. I think around a week later, they came and installed the actual fan.

Good price for the work but the electrician broke the fixture as it was installed. I understand these things can happen but the electrician has to be more careful when handling a customer's property to avoid these scenarios. Was able to take off 10 bucks for the hassle of getting a replacement pendant for the chandelier. On the other hand the customer service and dispatch was handled well. I would still recommend this company.

Claudio, with 12 + years as Electrician, found the source of the short on my 15 A circuit, where my methods missed it. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and a master at his craft. With a Better Business Bureau rating, along with numerous online recommendations including this one from a satisfied customer, you just can't go wrong with Absolute Electric. They will be my electrical contractor of choice for as long as I reside in Ashburn. Simply put, they are way better than just outstanding.

They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were on-time, and finished within the timeframe in the estimate. They cleaned up ! and took extra time to explain the functions of the fan. Thanks !!

The owner (Shawn) was responsive to my inquiries and he was clear in telling me what work needed to be done and was able to recommend a plan for meeting my requirements. The electricians who came out were friendly and did what needed to be done efficiently. Overall, I thought that the work done was done pretty well.
