We got the water softener system and the RO installed by Zach from Quality Water LLC. Zach was very detailed and helpful in explaining each and everything he was doing and educating us about both the systems. I am very happy that we went with Quality water as we got quotes from other vendors like Costco and all and they were really really expensive. We are really enjoying the soft water for our house and the purified drinking water.

We have used Quality Water on two different occasions. Zach on the first appointment and Timothy on the second. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They both explained how our water treatment system works and didn't try and push other things that we didn't need. Randy Williams was both very professional, very knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. The install of the water filtration system was my first for my first home and he put my nerves at ease. If you have a question about what he is doing or about what equipment is being installed he will answer it. He went over everything he installed with me and made sure I understood what I needed to do on my part to maintain the filtration system. I highly recommend his company for any install or service you may need for your water.

Randy Williams is a real professional. I enthusiastically recommend him. I have an old Fleck 5600 water softener. I discovered water building up in the brine tank. I called Randy. When I told him that I had changed the piston assembly myself he tried to instruct me over the phone how to find any problems in the brine draw. I didn't feel confident that I understood what he was telling me so I arranged for him to come out and service the system. He replaced a couple of screens and injectors. I asked him to check and see if I needed treatment for acidity. He told me that I could but it wasn't necessary. Very reasonable fee for high quality honest work.
