Randy was great! He is very knowledgable about his specialty. He explained exactly how my water filter/softener & RO would be installed & how they each work. Both were somewhat tricky locations to instal in, but he did it very efficiently & it all fit perfectly. Additionally, the cost was fair, unlike some other estimates I received.

We had a heavy sulfur smell coming from our bathroom faucets and showers but not in the kitchen sink/refrigerator. We called Quality Water to come out and help us diagnose the problem. Randy Williams (owner) showed up, tested our water, and walked us through our water treatment setup. His ability to put things in layman's terms was a refreshing experience contrary to so many contractors who come and try to talk over your head in order to over complicate the subject just so they can sell you their services and products (which you often may not need). His expertise and knowledge of his trade were very apparent. Add this to Randy's easy going pleasant and professional demeanor and we ended up with exactly what we needed. The industry needs more Randy Williams in it. If you have have a water treatment problem, call Mr. Williams. You won't be disappointed.

Randy was super: knowledgeable, educational, personable, efficient and ON TIME (even early!). He booked us quickly, provided an estimate and explained all the options. His estimate was MUCH lower than the other quote we got. Randy installed a cheaper in-line filter rather than selling us another tank to deal with a sediment issue. He also redid our piping to increase flow and troubleshot some clogged faucet mechanisms. I would definitely recommend QW for service, quality, efficiency and savings!!

Quality Water were on time for every meeting and did exactly as they promised. The system replacement was flewless. In addition to the replacement QW checked our entire system, cleaned pipes and made sure everything was in order - not just the system thay installed. In addition to that they wer kind enough to repair a leaky water pipe at no extra charge. This level of service and support is very unusual and very much appreciated. I would strongly advise anyone to consider this company
