Description of Work: Roy and Michelle were wonderful. Very responsive and professional. I had a very specific application in mind for a reverse osmosis treatment system. Roy designed a custom set-up that would give me exactly what I need. I'm thrilled with the results and with the service.

At that time, we took advantage of their lifetime free labor promotion and bought a $5,000/- system that is still working to this day. Michelle is very pleasant to talk to and always willing to work with pricing to make it reasonable for us. Roy has been out to my house to service my system and is an expert at his job. Description of Work: Changed Annual Filters and was not able to do water test at the time, because we did not have enough salt in system. He said if I called back within 30 days and made sure enough salt in system he would do the free water test. So I did just that and the gentlemen that came out took care of everything and made some adjustments to my system after the hot water tested hard. I have been using them for approx. 10 years now I believe.
