Description of Work: We had some water in the basement thanks to heavy rains. They removed damaged carpet pad, applied an antibacterial/mode spray, then set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the carpet. They returned a few days later, replaced the pad, reinstalled the carpet and professionally cleaned the carpet. It was like nothing happened.

After calling around and getting other quotes it seemed like pretty comparable pricing. Do I think it's reasonable - no- but that's kind of where the market fares. They were pretty helpful, the dispatcher kept us up to date of the guys arrival. Communication was good. They showed up on time which is a big primary step in professionalism.
Description of Work: KJS Complete Cleaning Services Inc did a thorough cleaning with a pressure washer, sanitary and anti-mold spray after a flood. They also installed industrial dryers in my house for 2-3 days for additional drying work. They also cut out about 12 inches of drywall that was damaged.

Came home from evening out and value had broken in dishwasher, flooding kitchen and finished basement area beneath kitchen with hot water. Steve and Kim responded to my 12:15 a.m. call and were in the house at 1:30 a.m. extracting the water with their equipment and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They took the rugs that needed drying to be dried and cleaned. Throughout they were effective, efficient, knowledgeable and reassuring, a pleasure to deal with in such trying circumstances.
