They treat me well. I have been going to them for some time. They do work with. I take my care there. I can call them, and they say come on up. They work with me. They even give me their car, so I don't have to sit long. They let me drive it home. Very nice to me. The work took about three hours. I did come home on this one. Just maintenance on my car is what they do.

Outstanding! I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am. At mid-afternoon they called to let me know that the specialists had checked the car over thoroughly, found it in excellent condition, and that the intermittent problem I had with the inside air vents was no biggie---corrected on the spot. When I retrieved the car about 4 pm, I was very pleasantly surprised by the bill: $199. At the dealership that same service would have cost $700!!! Everyone at German Auto Group was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They even hand-wash your car and vacuum it out---no cost!
I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend German Auto Group to my friends and neighbors.

Outstanding across the board! I brought my BMW X5 in because the trunk wouldn't open. I'd done some research and learned that the hydraulics on the lift gate can go out and the BMW dealer in Arlington gave me a 'soft quote' of @$2,200 to repair and I would have to wait for at least a week to bring my car in. Thanks to Angie's list, I found and called German Auto group and they scheduled me to come in two days later. When I dropped offed my car, it only too 3 minutes to check in, fill out the paperwork and hand off my keys. Even though I arrived a little later in the afternoon than expected, they gladly offered to give me a ride to my house, which is 7 miles away. Very convenient. While waiting in the lobby for my ride, the front office staff learned that the individual who was supposed to drive me, was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be there for another 20-30 mins. Rather than make me wait, Tim, the manager, offered a possible solution, we drive my car to my house and then Tim would bring it back to the shop. Worked for me. They contacted me that afternoon, explained the issues with the vehicle-no surprises and quoted me $1200. The car was ready the next day ahead of schedule and when I picked it up, it only took a few minutes to pay the bill ($70 LESS than the quote) and have them bring my freshly washed and vacuumed car around to the front.
When my car needs something done in the future, this is the ONLY place I will go. Thank you!

Although I was not expecting such a large job (both in time and cost), I was extremely satisfied with both the work and the constant feedback and updates. My car runs exceptionally well and I have no regrets in my decision to have the work done at German Auto group. I have owned a BMW for over 13 years and have lived in several major cities in the US dealing with only BMW dealerships. The service at German Auto Group is at the top of my list for any and all repairs. True professionals with exceptional customer service.

They have always done a great job. They work on German cars. They had to straighten out stuff other mechanics have done, they know what they are doing. We expected to pay more and we haven't had to take it back. We had it back in two days.

Outstanding, professional, and courteous service. Investigated "Check Engine" light that had been on and off the last week; cleared codes. Found that the fan clutch was not working which had caused some other problems. Checked brakes and informed me that while they were below manufacturer's standards they would most likely (and barely) pass a state inspection. They gave me a great price on pads and rotors. All work was done in just a few hours -- in fact they finished an hour earlier than promised and at the price promised. This is my second time at German Auto Group and they are the only shop that I trust. I highly recommend to anyone with a European car.

They performed the work in the time they said at the price they quoted. What more can you ask for?

We like them a lot. It is expensive, but they always do good work, and so we are pleased with them. My car died in the middle of winter, and I took it to them. They are great quality. I am glad I found them. They know where to get the parts, and they get them quickly. The place is always packed with mini coopers, Mercedes Benz, and BMWs.

It went great. Sammi the owner is very knowledgable and straightforward. He's helped me out many times with quick repairs. Will return next time I need someone who knows German cars.

I called and ordered the parts Monday for a Tuesday appointment. Tuesday morning I called before leaving to the ask if the parts were in and was told Yes. When we got there and waited 5 mins I got told the parts were not in.
Took the car in Wednesday. At the time of pickup found a paint chip right above the driver door handle! First they denied it and after a couple more calls then told me to bring the car in for thier body shop guy to have a look. I do not have time to take the car in the third time...

My 05/325i was experiencing a series of somewhat connected but unique problems. Transmission, cooling, electric and mechanical. To make it worse the problems were intermittent making diagnosis and repair even more challenging. Service Manager John took on the problem. It took almost two weeks due to some unique issues. (Massive storm, followed by power outages then 105 deg) During the entire time John was always willing to give me his time. Patiently explaining the troubleshooting and often driving the car himself to diagnose. I paid for what they thought would fix the problem. It didn't and I took the car back. Finally a solid fail occurred in an expensive module. John recommended I nuy a used module for 20% of the cost of a new one. I had the part drop shipped to GAG. They installed the module and did a software update all for no charge. The car runs great and I will use them and John for any repairs in the future.

I was having trouble with the turbo in my Audi so I took it to German Auto Group - who did my brakes a year ago and were great and fairly priced. They ran the diagnostic and found that there was an issue with my turbo sensor. They replaced the sensor. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. I ended up taking my car to a place where I used to service it back home - and they actually took the turbo out to diagnose it and found the gasket had a small tear, which was causing the turbo not to work properly. While I was happy with German Auto Group on replacing my brakes, I think they should have been a little better in catching the true issue with my turbo. I would go back there for basic procedures and check ups, but I think I'd check around if you want some more serious work done to your car. That said, they are very punctual in fixing the car and always clean the vehicle when it's ready to be picked up. Small touches like that are greatly appreciated.

, We took our BMW X3 in JUL to the GE Auto Group for assistance with our AC, they charged it and put trace dye in it to see if there was a leak. We had taken our BMW to Jiffy Lube for a charge to the AC in the mid-west in early May and lost the AC in JUL. We noticed in SEP that our AC stopped working and called them back. We brought the vehicle in, they did not see trace dye, and the mechanic stated it was a malfunctioning compressor. They had to order the part (it would not be delivered until after the weekend) and provide a rental vehicle for free for 24 hours. They stated that we could pay a rental vehicle over the weekend or pick our vehicle up and drop it off again on Monday. We picked our BMW up and dropped it off after the weekend. On Monday, they provided a loaner vehicle from their own lot free of charge, for us to use while they worked on the vehicle. They fixed the AC, cleaned the vehicle and were friendly and professional. A dealer would have charged in excess of 3K for the same service. We had a good experience. I recommend them and will use them again.

I had a problem with the heat and door lock. They kept my car for about 10 days and when I got it back I still didn’t have heat and I couldn’t lock my driver’s door. He jimmied something together for me to lock my door; I had to lock my car from my passenger’s door. The blower motor was never put on but I was charged for it.
