They did a great job and were very professional.

We did our consumer research and called 3 companies (2 on Angie's List and 1 from a flyer), insisting on a company that was NADCA certified. The phone interview with Tiffany (Air Maid's front office contact) sold us. She was extremely professional and friendly, and very articulate in describing what and how services would be provided. Tim and his trainee showed up with the lovely pink truck on the scheduled date within the allotted timeframe and set to work. We have 3 cats that need to be kept separated and Tim willingly worked around that stipulation. He allowed us to follow him throughout the process and was very patient with us, explaining steps as he went. We were prepared for the 20 years of accumulation in the supply vents, but not at the amount in the large return vents, although Tim was very nice, saying he had seen much worse. And then we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the vents were after treatment. The main dryer vent was another surprise. Ours is 20 feet long, so it is very difficult to DIY clean. The stuff that came out of it was amazing! Tim even cleaned the lint trap in the dryer. Now, the drying time has dropped in half! The process took 3 hours, but was well worth the time and money. There are "cheaper" alternatives out there, but this is a service where one does get what one pays for.

That was just okay but I was a little disappointed with what they charged me. I thought it was been included with the price. They charged me $500 but they did a good job. I would just be a little clear more next time with the price. They were also courteous and they didn't mess up the house.

The personnel sent to our house by Air Duct Maids were very professional and did a very thorough job cleaning the air ducts and the dryer vent. They removed all of our vent covers, cleaned them and under them and ran the large hose to the basement and attached it to the furnace to clean the rest of the air ducts throughout the gouse. They cleaned everything up after they were finished and even put disposable covers on their shoes whenever they entered the house. We had this same type of work done by another company 6-7 years ago but they didn't do as thorough a job as Air Duct Maids. My only comment - and this is not a criticism - is that one of their priorities seemed to be selling a device for removing mold and bacteria from the air in the house that is circulated through the air duct system. One member of the team had a well-prepared presentation on this topic. We actually decded to buy the device that they had with them in their truck and installed on the furnace at a cost of about $500. My wife had been complaining about the quality of the air in the house and we thought that this might help.

They were professional on the phone and set up the appointment quickly. They arrived on time were polite, professional, explained the process and wore booties. The did what they came to do and left everything clean and neat.

Vinny and Michael called before they came out and were right on time and professional. Vinny completely explained the work they'd do in advance and asked if I had any questions. They made sure to protect our flooring and walls and didn't damage anything. They were efficient and completed the work promptly. I called in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. The team was very professional and cleaned out a big bird's nest in the dryer vent. They recommended a cover be placed over the vent to keep the birds out. I had this type of vent before and it didn't work very well. However, what they installed was different. It had very big openings so the air can escape, but the birds will not be able to get in.

EXCELLENT! They did an awesome job! They're a small business and it's quite obvious that their key focus is to perform quality work and provide great customer service. The two guys that came out were very professional and polite (super nice), very knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything beforehand and took great care (wore booties/laid tarps down on the carpet/cleaned up afterwards) while performing work in my home. Great Results: I didn't realize how bad the air quality in my home was until I had my air ducts cleaned by Air Duct Maids. Before they came out, I was having to continually dust this very fine white stuff off of my furniture. It finally dawned on me that it was probably coming in from the air ducts but I wasn't sure. After this company cleaned all of the air ducts, I immediately noticed a huge difference - no more white stuff on the furniture and the air quality in my home is now 200% better. They also cleaned my dryer and dryer vent and did a great job with that as well. A Couple of Other Things Worth Mentioning: They took the time to point out some holes I had in a vent in the sunroom and taped them up for me. They also helped me get my windows to lock/seal. It took about 5 minutes to do it, but it meant a lot because cold air was escaping to the outside and I thought that I would have to call a window repair person. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I will definitely be calling them again when needed.

I got a call from Air Duct Maids within an hour after purchasing the deal through Angie's list. They were able to accommodate my schedule. The service people showed up on time - actually a few minutes early. They were professional and very efficient. They took extra care to ensure that they cleaned up after themselves.

I was impressed with the company from initial contact to final service. The service was performed by Tim and assisted by Rich. These guys were professional, courteous, on-time, and thorough. I will use them again. No complaints.

Everything went well, and they did a fantastic job. They were very informative, very helpful, and made the scheduling process very simple. They also did a great job of removing the registers without damaging the walls or their paint considering that the registers were covered with layers of paint from previous years.

Air Duct Maids were great. They were prompt and on time and extremely thorough. They were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the steps they were taking. Most of all, they ensured that the work was done without damage to the house or additional dust/dirt deposited in the house. They system was top notch. I'd recommend them and certainly use them in the future.

Overall did a nice job. Crew was on-time and professional and they accomplished the duct cleaning in the 2-hours suggested over the phone. Crew lead was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to ask multiple times to get the before and after images promised in the Big Deal and also mentioned/shown in the scope of work on their website - and when they agreed all the crew lead did was take a dark, blurry picture with his iPhone... I certainly had a different expectation from what they'd advertised. They also failed to fully secure all of the registers when done so I had to go back around the house afterwards and re-affix a few of them back into the ceiling/wall/floor. They also missed 2 registers that were accessible but behind furniture. I'd work with them again if needed - the price was better than what I'd seen from any other firm with good reviews - but wish they'd either been more upfront that photos/imaging was optional or not included and also that they were a bit more thorough.

They were very punctual, professional and very informative. They cleaned up after they were done too. The whole process was flawless and I now have a company that I will only be using when I need to have these services performed.

The provider arrived on time with truck mounted equipment & took their time to clean all the air ducts, vents & systems thoroughly. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. Well pleased with the service provided & price.

It was a good choice for the work performed. It was fast and simple. The workers were pleasent and kept me up-to-date on what they were doing.

When I called to make the appointment the receptionist gave me detailed information on what to expect when the technicians arrived. The appointment was made for the very next day. When the crew of 2 came - right on schedule - I was informed again on what they planned to do and what it would cost before I signed the contract - no attempt to upsell. They seemed very good at their job - efficient - and clean. It took a couple of hours to complete the whole house. There was even a follow-up call several days later to see if I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend this company.

Several trips were required, without additional charges, to resolve dryer issues. Tiffany White, the contact person, was extremely helpful in providing scheduling for a subcontractor to inspect the electric dryer. She pursued the job to completion which was successfully accomplished. Technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this service and the firm providing the same.

They arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect the house. Duct cleaning was very thorough. They also sealed all of the duct work in the house, which had severe leaks in the seams and behind walls. They provided a before and after report for how much of the air was leaking into the walls, ceiling, and crawlspace, which showed a significant improvement of the system and efficiency. After attempting to seal the ducts for a while and not seeing the results they were looking for, they quickly identified and repaired a piece of ductwork inside the wall that was completely separated. They communicated what they were doing and why. Great experience.

We were contacted by the company shortly after the purchase to set up the appointment. We set a date and time after they told us what time blocks they had available. They arrived on time and began by explaining all that would occur during the cleaning and asked if we had any questions. Once everything was set they began cleaning and shortly after inspecting the HVAC system they came to us and informed us on the status of the coil. The tech showed pictures of the coil and said that while it didn't need to be cleaned at this time he gave us the price and told us to have it cleaned within the next year. The also offered the UV light for killing bacteria as an additional cost to help keep the house clean. They were not pushy or trying to oversell the services which is ALWAYS a plus in our book. Cleaning took two hours and they left after cleaning up. Quality grade is B for the following reasons: 1. They left tape around some of the air vents 2. They did not vacuum completely around air vents, leaving dust lingering Would def recommend them to anyone, and would use them again in the future!
