Don't Let the Pink Truck Fool You! Professional is an understatement, they were AWESOME! How many companies do you hire that show up, "ON TIME?" They called prior to arriving and were on time. I've never seen a team work so efficiently & professional as Air Duct Maids. First they walked thru the house (of course with their booties on their feet) and explained the exact service they were going to provide. The crew covered everything! At the end of the job, our house smelled fresh and looked exactly the same prior to the job. A few weeks later we had friends over and one of them said, "did you have the carpets cleaned? No! It smells so clean and I'm not kidding!" The best part is, our Air Condition is now cooling the upstairs, :). Anyone who knows me knows how meticulous I am, Air Duct Maids were AWESOME!

Everything went smoothly. I would use this company again and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They rock big time!!! I am not joking my son has breathing issues and he takes breathing treatments. (albuterol sulfate). The crew was very nice and professional. They put down cloth so not to scratch the floor they used bumpers around corners. My son now takes 1/2 of the treatments he did in the past and the dust is all gone. I used to dust 2 times a week and now I hardly ever have to. my only wish is I did it sooner. I My brother did the same thing and loved it. MY did said we wants it now. I called them because I wanted a U/V light installed on our HVAC system, we recently purchased the 5000 square foot home and was not sure if the ducts were every cleaned since the house was built in 1998. Dryer was taking for every to dry, I was vacuuming toys out of the vents. I saw this pink advertisement at a local store. I called on Thursday and they scheduled me for a cleaning for that Saturday Morning. Said they would be there between 10-12. They called me at 930 to say they were on the way and will be a little early, They showed up in a pink truck about 10 minutes later. Tim, Doug and Vinnie arrived in clean uniforms, shirts tucked in, clean cut they put booties on to protect my floors, put corner guards up to protect my walls and even drop cloths on the floor where the suction hose was laid throughout the house . Each member of the team was courtesy. These guys explained their plan and then showed me the back of the truck were the dust is collected, I wanted to see how much "stuff" came out of the vents and ducts. They ran a video probe down my ducts and dryer vent. Unbelievable how much stuff was sucked out. They even recorded my dryer vent being cleaned..... it is on their website. Bottomline in about 2 hours they had my ducts and vents clean. Amazing customer service, professional group who takes pride in what they do. Don't let do pink truck fool you. Top notch guys who I would recommend to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

From the moment the 'big pink truck' pulled up in front of my house, and I saw the size of the equipment and hoses they had inside, it was obvious I was dealing with professionals! The team lead for my Air Duct Maids crew, Douglas, was about as professional and courteous as they come. He walked me through every step of the process in plain English and remained available for any questions or concerns that I had throughout the duration of their stay. I had never had this kind of service done on my house before, but my parents had JUST purchased a cleaning from another local company not 5 days prior and I'm sad to say that their experience went nothing like mine! The 4 man crew worked quickly and efficiently in and around my 3 level townhouse. The furniture they had to move was done so with care and replaced just as carefully when they were done. For all of my grates and vents that had to be removed, they cut (the paint) as close to the metal as they could and it looked very neat and relatively un-touched when everything was completed. After the crew had been in the house for a while, Douglas approached me and asked if I would be interested in hearing about any of the other services they offer. I felt perfectly comfortable receiving an in-home sales pitch from Douglas and let him lay it all out for me. In the end, I opted to have my dryer duct cleaned out as well and also had a high-efficiency UV light filter installed into my main air-handler. This kind of light/unit (which I had read about before, and actually already had a small stand-alone unit in my living room) is great for killing bacteria, molds, pollens, etc in the air... My wife and I are both prone to allergies and I can say that our summer-time air quality inside has not been nearly as bad as previous years! When the work was done, any messes had been cleaned up, and I walked the house with Douglas, I only found one little smudge on my ceiling (that may or may not have been from them) and they quickly came back in with a ladder and damp rag to spot-clean the little area. I can say that I am borderline OCD and that my wife and I are both very much neat freaks... The job they did was outstanding and the personality and friendliness of every member of Douglas' team was top notch! I asked for a stack of business cards so I could hand them out to my friends and neighbors... A number of whom have since called and experienced the same quality service!

Air Duct Maids provided superior service! We had them come clean our air ducts in our home that is 9 years old. Clean air is very important to our family as our children have suffered from RSV and one was hospitalized for bronchitis. After reading about their services online and being referred to them by friends, my husband and I knew we must use their services. Their technicians were professional, courteous and very efficient. They documented their work from beginning to end, sending us before, during and after photos of their work. Since the service has been done, we have noticed a tremendous difference in the cooling of our home. Our air conditioning doesn't seem to run as long or as hard as it used too. We were so pleased with their services that we are having them come back to install a HVAC UV germ killing system in the ducts that will purify the air and kill germs normally circulating in the air. We highly recommend Air Duct Maids to anyone whose top priority is the health and wellness of their family. We have already had several neighbors inquire about Air Duct Maids and plan on scheduling for themselves.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with Air Duct Maids. The owner's son was the tech lead that performed the service with a crew of two additional people. The crew was very polite, respectful, professional, and efficient. The crew worked quickly and walked us through every step of the job as it was performed and carefully explained everything before it was done. They were very careful not to make a mess while working and whatever they did disturb in the house they fixed before they left. When the job was done it was like they had never been there. My house is 50 years old and had never had the ducts cleaned. We noticed an immediate difference in the air quality inside the house after the system was cleaned. In my opinion the service that Air Duct Maids provided was amazing and came at a tremendous value. You need to get this done in your home and you need to use Air Duct Maids.
