They were very courteous, prompt, and professional. There was one minor problem, but they were very responsive to correcting it. I would recommend them and will use them again.

The provider arrived, explained everything very detailed on what was to transpire over the next hour. They were very professional the entire 3 person crew, we just continued to watch a movie while they went vent to vent removing the covers and sealing them with plastic.

Lead serviceman describd the process, including safety issues. Helped me round up my cats to localize them in a room. Very considerate of the cats. Cut a hole in the furnace air vet, vacuumed ducts, opened each duct vent, cleaned. Then clean up any mess they created. Left the place very clean. They were professional, polite and efficient. I had never had this type of service before and was somewhat apprehensive. But it was stress- free. Would certainly recommend them.

Team of 4 workers arrived and quickly identified the HVAC system and vents. After placing shoe coverings on their feet and protective runners on the floor, they removed the vents and resealed the vents. The whole process took about an hour for our 1900 sq ft, two story house.

They were pleasant, thorough, clean and expedient. A very good experience.

I purchased the deal on Friday and they came out on Saturday. They did a great job. They were really professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I have two systems done. They were on time and did a thorough job. They went above an beyond by doing some odd jobs that did not have to do with the deal. Tim and Alaa were the technicians and they did a great job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fantastically well. We all have allergies, and the crew that came out, did an excellent job. They took large pieces of cape and took the graze out and covered it, so that was an excellent job. They also took the graze to the truck, and cleaned those out. He asked if I had any questions or anything. He knew what he was doing.

Very friendly staff. They did not try to sell me on something I did not need. They did what they said the would do. No hard selling.

Provider showed up on time, clearly explained the entire cleaning process, educated us on proper HVAC maintenance, and installed a UV filtration system. All work was very professional and thorough.

I bought the deal this morning, was contacted within an hour - and because they happened to have a crew in my neighborhood - had a crew at my house less than two hours later. That was a pretty amazing start. Crew of three - one lead (Doug), two assistants. All of them pleasant and polite although the lead handled most of the interactions with me in terms of explaining what they would be doing, what they'd found, etc. He also suggested some things we could do to help improve the way the furnace filters and runs, both to save energy and for my husband's allergies. He left me a brochure and said he'd call me next week, so not a real hard sell, which I appreciated. When Tim contacted me to set up the appointment he told me that as part of the duct cleaning, they would remove all the vent registers, number them, take them outside and clean them, and then replace them. We bought our house about a month ago (built in '49) and some of the vent registers were truly filthy. I had cleaned some already myself but the idea of someone else handling the rest was an absolute bonus in my view. And they did an amazing cleaning job on those vents. They moved furniture to get to everything, put down cloths and corner bumpers so nothing would get dirty or dinged by their equipment and after they finished with the major work, they went around with a small vacuum and vacuumed next to all the vents in case paint chipped off or whatever. At our old house we had the ducts cleaned every other year and used a variety of companies. I have never seen anything as thorough as these folks. I thought the deal price was great for the work performed and was extra pleased when Tim confirmed that I can lock in the deal price for future cleanings. I did pay an extra $99 for dryer vent cleaning because it's clear this house has been a bit neglected in recent years and I doubted the dryer vent was an exception.

They were very diligent about scheduling their appointment. I messed up the first appointment and they were very understanding about that. They take a lot of pride in their work. I thought that they were very professional. They had to cut a hole in the main system and that was a bit of a surprise but they explained it before they did it. I guess they explain it on the phone before they come, maybe she did, I don't remember that part of the conversation. They found some stuff that had the appearance of mold but they didn't freak us out and tell us that we needed to evacuate the house or anything. They were just on it and told us that it could be mold but they couldn't be sure. I thought that it was a balanced presentation of the information. They were running a little behind but they gave me a call so I didn't mind that. Some things are unpredictable.

They arrived right on schedule and got to work. They were wonderful! They explained exactly what they were going to do. I was shown pictures of the ducts before and after cleaning. They were very thorough. I understand now the importance of keeping the ducts clean and will be using them whenever this is needed. I was so happy to have the old dryer vent line replaced. It wasn't hooked up very well and like I said it was so clogged with lint, a real fire hazard. Thank goodness, I don't have to worry about that now. I was very impressed with everything about this company...the people, the caliber of work, the disclosure of work performed, the willingness to explain their cleaning process and their patience with all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already given their name and number to a few friends. They were excellent.

They did a very good job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer ducts. The leader was very professional, however, the worker who was in the basement knocked over several items while working according to the young man monitoring there. Luckily nothing was broken. Overall they did the job, but need to be more careful. They were quick to respond and I like the fact they use a truck mounted vacuum instead of a portable unit.

They contacted me right away and scheduled quickly and convieniently. They came on time and took pictures inside the ducts to show me what they were doing. Very professional and efficient. I would use them again

Crew arrived in clean and professional clothing, explained process before starting. Overall satisfied with service, but arrived at 1745 for a promised arrival window of 1400 -1700. Did call and explained they would be late, but an arrival window is an arrival window. That is my only complaint with the service.

Air Duct Maids did a fabulous job. I was very impressed with the company from my first email inquiring about their Great Deal. The owner was quick to respond and very thorough in explaining what the Deall included . The team that came to my house was led by Doug and included Alaa. Doug did an outstanding job of explaining the details of what they were going to do and did it in a very professional manner. They both were great guys who were punctual (even a little early) and took the time to be as neat as possible, which I thoroughly appreciated. They even cleaned the vent covers. They are an outstanding company and would highly recommend them to others. .

The crew was on time and very professional. They walked us through the operation, what was found, and instructed on maintaining the system. The crew discovered the air filter was a custom size - we were moving into the house - saved us a lot of future frustration when we tried to replace with a standard size.

I will admit from reading reviews of OTHER companies that offer the same services I was worried on the workers coming in and trying to convince me to do more than what was needed. That was not the case with this company. First, when I inquired about the services I talked to Tiffany who has to be the best first impression I have ever experienced with a company, she was knowledgeable and understood all my concerns and questions and explained the pricing in a simple non confusing manner. The crew that came to perform the service arrived on time and Tiffany even called to let me know they were on the way. The crew consisted of Douglas (Doug), Richard, and Alaa, and I have never been so impressed on a crews professionalism as I was with them. Doug explained before they started exactly what they do and the procedure. It took about 3 hours to perform the job but it did not seem that long with the interaction from the crew as they were working. We did the Big Deal Duct Cleaning offer from Angies List but due to having a system with two units we bought a second Big Deal (which was all explained by Tiffany). We were even given a nice discount for the second service and the dryer vent cleaning. We are expecting a child in November and thought this service would be beneficial before his arrival and I can not be more pleased with the job. If anyone is contemplating on getting this service done I would suggest to do so, the amount of debris (from builders, etc) and dust in the ducts is alarming. Oh and other companies reviews talk about how they pressured into a mold cleaning for their unit(s), THAT DID NOT HAPPEN WITH THIS COMPANY, their discussion on any of this is just an informative manner and was only after we asked about different experiences they have seen. I highly reccomend this company. they really care about what they do and take pride in their work. This company should be proud of their employees, TIFFANY, DOUG, RICHARD, and ALLA they really did a great job.
