They made the appointment. Explained what they were going to do. And did the job they contracted to do. I was satisfied with their work.

but when they did arrive they got right to work and did a great job.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They were great. They were hard workers and didn’t leave a mess. My husband looked them up on the internet. I think he joined Angie's List just because of them as they were so good. The price was good. We have recommended them to other people. With regard to responsiveness, they got here right when they said they were going to get here. They told us approximately how long it would last. They did that good too. We have no problems with them at all. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They did what they said they would and it didn't take very much time. They cleaned up their mess and they put back whatever they moved.

I think what stood out was that they were very professional in terms of following up and making sure the service was done. When they got there, they did a very thorough job. I wasn't able to see what they sucked out, but I could hear the debris knocking about as it was vacuumed out. There were 2 gentlemen who came to the house, the wore booties (they provided) while they were in my house. THey were punctual and completed their work in 1.5 hrs. Then they sealed up the holes they had created in the ductwork. They did try to sell me some extra "UV filters" which I wasn't interested in, but they weren't pushy about it. I noticed a distinct improvement in the air quality in the weeks afterward.

The men that arrived at my home were organized and clean. They wore covers on their boots so they wouldn't track dirt throughout my home. They explained everything they were going to do before they started. They were quiet and repectful that I was working from home at the time. I was really impressed with this service.

This company does a good job and I would not hesitate to use them again. The crew is energetic, professional, and polite. There are lessons to be learned here however which are worth keeping in mind. There is no way to remove registers and put them back without creating a cut line. If this matters to you, and it did to me, focus their attention on this fact so they will take extra care. The crew tried but I am still left with paint repairs. Also, a lot of sizable sections were cut from the ducts closest to the furnace, more than I expected. They put the metal plate back and taped it with care but I was still concerned because so much cutting was done. This company does care and wants to satisfy the customer but the customer needs to engage and communicate so there are no surprises.

I bought the big deal on Angie's List for 175 for unlimitted vent cleaning. They called to schedule the service and we worked out a Saturday morning. They asked over the phone if we want to add dryer vents for 99. We said we would think about it. They showed up on time and after meeting them we decided to buy the extra dryer vent. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. They set our expectations regarding the vents as they were painted on. They said they were going to be gentle to get them off but some of the paint might come off. They cleaned up so that we could not tell they were even here. They were great with out pets (ie not letting them get outside). I will definitely use them again when we need our vents cleaned in the future.

I called the company prior to purchasing the Deal on Angie's List. They provided lots of detail regarding the service I wanted performed and we also discussed the air duct sealing product that they offer. During this call I scheduled a service date then purchased the Deal. My service date was confirmed. I received a call that they were on their way the morning of service. The team arrived and informed me about the service and promptly began. It was the coldest day of the year so far but the crew made extra effort to minimize heat escaping from my home during service as the lines were run out to the truck. They were very careful to protect the house and cleaned up around the vents and attic access when the job was completed. The technician in charge was sure to go over details with his crew and follow up after them to ensure work was properly completed. The technician in charge also recommended the air purifier for our top floor unit (we already had one on the main unit). The technician also discussed in depth the air duct sealing process. I must say he sold me but the cost is a bit prohibitive at this point. We are hoping to have this service done soon.

A team of 4 employees came on the job. They were very courteous and professional. They took great care not to made a mess by putting on booties and laying drop cloths. The cleaning was very detailed including the removal and cleaning of the vents. I highly recommend them!

Work was done after full explanation of how it would be done and why. Work crew was sized to make it an efficient and a fairly quick exercise. There was little or no residue or dirt as a result. It was part of a Angie's List Big Deal and well worth it.

They very, very thoroughly cleaned both of our heating/air conditioning systems and our dryer vent. They not only sucked the dust and dirt out, but they use a rotary tool that gets out all of the built-up debris. You can hear the tool churning away as it loosens and destroys the build up. The two workers were very professional and personable. They removed all of the floor vent covers and thoroughly cleaned them. They cleaned the ceiling vent covers and the areas around them. They vacuumed up when they were finished. They wore shoe covers in the house and used tarps to protect the carpeting and floors where they walked. The carpeting and floors looked better after they vacuumed than they had when the crew arrived, even though they came during a snowstorm! I would definitely use them again--and pay the full price.

The guys were great. They explained everything that they were going to do prior to the work being done. They cleaned all of the vents, and even cleaned (air blasted) all of the registers. They did a very thorough job, and then explained what they had done afterwards.

Service was good. The main duct in the attic was not serviced but the other ducts were cleaned. There was a sales pitch for duct sealing service which seemed overpriced for its service value. I can't complain with overall contract.

A three man team showed up and promptly went to work. I was impressed with the attention to preventing damage by using Conner guards and numerous drop tarps. The tech used foot covers (one had to be reminded by Lead Tech). The whole process was fairly quick and very thorough. Also, the Lead Tech answered all my questions and offered some additional suggestions for more efficient operation and maintenance. Very satisfied!

I liked them so much I hired them to clean my son's clothes dryer vent and heating ducts (the service cost I listed was for service in my home only).

Very prompt response and easy to set up an appointment. The young guys that arrived explained everything, and were quick with their work. They cleaned up nicely after themselves too. We went with the upsell of the uv light too. The company was great, but I'm not sure there is any real difference in the air quality in my home and I'm going to have to call to have my unit looked at (which is likely just a coincidence).

Our experience with Air Duct Maids couldn't have gone more smoothly from start to finish. We received a call promptly to schedule our appointment, and our customer service rep thoroughly explained what we could expect during the appointment. The crew arrived on time, walked us through the services they'd be performing, and kept us apprised of progress and results as the work was performed. We had just moved into the townhouse a couple of days prior to our appointment and the previous owners had 2 large dogs, and we were astonished at the amount of dog hair and various other materials that came out of our duct work. The entire crew was very professional, took great care to wear protective foot covering, and navigated around the many boxes very patiently! I've recommended Air Duct Maids to our neighbors, and will certainly use them again in the future.
